Thomas A. DeMontier Sr., 82
SEABROOK, N.H. — Thomas A. DeMontier Sr., 82, of Seabrook, N.H., died on Monday, March 19, 2018.
Born in Lynn to the late Theodore and Anna (McCarthy) DeMontier, Thomas lived in Lynn, Billerica, Saugus, and most recently in Seabrook, N.H. Thomas was a graduate of Lynn English High School, Class of 1954, and worked as a computer programmer most recently for Rohtstein Corporation for more than 20 years.
He was a past Grand Knight, and member of the 4th Degree of the Billerica Knights of Columbus Council 3963, a member of the Lynn Volunteer Yacht Club, and also a member of the Meadowlarks of Lynn.
Thomas is survived by two daughters, Michelle Mansfield of Danvers, Lori Doucette and her husband Paul of Seabrook, N.H.; two sons, Timothy DeMontier of Saugus, Brian DeMontier and his wife Barbara of Pennsylvania; stepson, Ken Eon of Saugus; eight grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; brother, James DeMontier of Lynn; sister, Helen Curran of Maine, as well as several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by two sons, Teddy DeMontier, and Thomas DeMontier Jr., brothers Richard and Francis DeMontier, and his sister Patricia Acheson.
Service information: Thomas’ funeral will be held on Saturday, March 24, 2018 at 8 a.m. from the SOLIMINE Funeral Home, 426 Broadway (Route 129), followed by a funeral Mass at 9 a.m. at St. Pius V Church, Lynn, and then burial at Pine Grove Cemetery, Lynn.
