Stephen C. Caproni, 70
LYNN — Stephen C. Caproni, “Cappy,” age 70, passed away peacefully at the Kaplan Family Hospice House in Danvers after a courageous battle with lung cancer on Saturday, Feb. 10, 2018.

Following retirement he enjoyed spending time with his friends and daughter at Post 1240 in Swampscott.
In addition to his cherished daughter, Lisa Caproni Watson, who lovingly took care of him during his illness this past year, he leaves behind three grandsons, Thomas Watson, Christopher Watson and Jacob Negron, all of Lynn; Lisa’s companion, Gilberto Negron; a brother, Richard Caproni; his former wife, Sandy Dalton Ciani; his nieces and a nephew. He was predeceased by his grandparents, Royal and Mary Caproni, whom he loved dearly, his sister MaryAnn Caproni and his companion Linda Bettencourt.
