Rosalia M. Vetrano-Zubricki, 49
LYNN — Rosalia “Rosie” Maria Vetrano-Zubricki, 49, of Lynn, died unexpectedly on Saturday, June 30, 2018 in Moultonboro, N.H. She was the wife of Zachary A. Zubricki.
She was born in Ludwigsburg, Germany, on Dec. 23, 1968, the daughter of Carlo and Paola (Fodera) Vetrano, and emigrated to the United States with her family in 1970, settling in Somerville. Rosie was a graduate of Somerville High School in 1986 and received her BS degree from U Mass, Boston in 1990.
She had been employed with the Middlesex Federal Savings Bank of Somerville starting as a teller and rose to a manager prior to a disability retirement seven years ago. She enjoyed going to Bingo and had been a member of St. Pius Church of Lynn. She had a large collection of movies and liked going to their summer place in Moultonborough, N.H.
She is survived by her husband, Zachary of Lynn; her parents of Somerville; her children, William Paul Zubricki, age 12, and Angelina Rosalia Zubricki, age 14, both of Lynn; a brother and sister-in-law, Antonio and Lori Vetrano of Stoneham; her sisters and brothers-in-law, Antonia Vetrano of Lowell, Francesca Vetrano of Somerville, Maria Carla and Stefan Pahor of Peabody and Josie and Patrick Sherman of Atlanta, Ga.; and several nieces and nephews.
Service information: A visitation will be held on Sunday, July 15, 2018 from 2 p.m. until 6 p.m. at the CONWAY, CAHILL-BRODEUR Funeral Home at the 82 Lynn St., Peabody facility. Her funeral will be held on Monday at 10 a.m. from the funeral home followed by a funeral Mass in St. Pius Church, Maple Street, Lynn, at 11 a.m. Burial will be in St Mary’s Cemetery, Lynn.
