LYNN — Paul David Roney, 52, a lifelong resident of Lynn, passed away on Aug. 30, 2019.
Born in Lynn on May 26, 1967 to his beloved parents Maria (Carito) Roney and the late Paul A. Roney. Paul graduated from Bishop Fenwick High School in 1985. He was a huge movie fan, who especially loved to watch the latest superhero movies. He enjoyed bowling and being able to sneak off to the occasional casino.
He was the dear brother of Stephen C. Roney and his wife, Beatriz of Wilmington and Denise Roney and her fiancé, Jim Rex of Lynn; the darling nephew of Raela Smart and her husband, Robert of Florida and Earl Roney of Florida; the adored uncle of Carolyn Roney of Wilmington, Jeremy Sanderson and his wife, Alyx of North Carolina, and Andrea Sanderson of France. Paul is also survived by his many loving cousins and friends.
Service information: Visiting hours will be held on Saturday, Sept. 7 from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at CUFFE-MCGINN Funeral Home, 157 Maple St., Lynn, followed by a funeral service on Saturday at 12:30 p.m. in the funeral home.
