Pamela A. Duyon–Collins, 55
SOUTHBRIDGE — Pamela A. Duyon–Collins, age 55, of New Bedford, formerly of Lynn, died at her daughter’s home on Feb. 15, 2017.
Pamela was born in Lynn, daughter of the late Joseph A. Duyon Sr., and Pearl (Shattuck) Duyon. She was the beloved wife of the late Bruce Collins; the loving mother of Jame’e Nicolo of Worcester and Jodilee Coy and her husband, Richard of Southbridge and Jannah Duyon of Worcester; the cherished grandmother of Kiyle, Marissa, Cearamarie, the late Matthew, Laylajade, Navaehsole, Nathaniel, Natalia-Gloriamay, and Riley; and the dear sister of James Duyon of Lynn, Joseph A. Duyon Jr., of Epping, N.H., the late Donna Duyon, who died on May 17, 2016, and the late Michael Duyon; She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Pam worked at Neles-Jamesbury in Worcester for over 15 years. She enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her children and grandchildren.
Service information: Visiting hours will be held on Sunday, Dec. 17, from 12 p.m. to 3 p.m. at the CUFFE-MCGINN Funeral Home, 157 Maple St., Lynn. A Celebration in honor of Pamela’s and her sister, Donna’s, lives will be held on Sunday, at 3 p.m. following the vising hours. A graveside ceremony and burial of ashes will be at Pine Grove Cemetery, 145 Boston St., Lynn on Monday, Dec. 18, at 11 a.m. beginning at the main gate at 10:45 a.m. The family requests in lieu of flowers, donations in her memory be made to the Pamela Duyon Grandchildren Support Fund via https://www.gofundme.com/grandchildren-support-fund.
