Former business co-ownerMIDDLETON – Mrs. Mary (Fiasconi) Westcott, 94, of Middleton and Naples, Fla., formerly of Lynn, beloved wife of the late Reuben Thomas Bartlett Westcott Jr., died Monday morning, May 28, 2007 in the Beverly Hospital following a brief illness.Born in Everett, she was the daughter of the late Arnold and Amelia (DiPello) Fiasconi.Mrs. Westcott had been employed as a seamstress and fashion designer of women’s sportswear. Mary along with her husband were the proprietors of Towne & Country Sportswear in Lynn for many years.A resident of Middleton and Naples, Fla. and prior to that in Lynn, she was a member of the Italian American Club in Naples, Fla.Surviving her are two daughters, Beverly Popielski and her husband, Alexander of Middleton, with whom she resided, Carol Lynne Crowe and her husband, Jon of West Palm Beach, Fla.; four grandchildren, Kenneth B. Popielski and his wife, Robynne of Georgetown, Lisa Munro and her husband, Steven of Boxford, Mark Popielski and his wife, Kristen of Topsfield and David Popielski and his wife, Laura of Middleton and eight great grandchildren.Service information: Her funeral service will be held in the PETERSON-O’DONNELL Funeral Home, 167 Maple St. (Route 62), Danvers, Thursday at 11 a.m. Relatives and friends invited.
