Lillian E. Falasca, 93
LYNN — Mrs. Lillian E. (Pedersen) Falasca, 93 years, of Lynn, died at the home of her son in Florida after a brief illness. She is the wife of the late Michael J. Falasca Sr.
She was born in East Boston and raised in Lynn. She was the daughter of the late Anders and Gladys (Fraser) Pedersen. She was a graduate of Lynn Classical High School. She lived in Lynn most of her life, in Florida and returned to Lynn recently.
She loved to dance, especially ball room dancing at the Knights of Columbus in Nahant. She enjoyed bowling and swimming. She was a loving and devoted mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.
She is survived by her son, Michael J. Falasca Jr. and his wife Debbie of Beverly Hills, Fla.; her daughters, Joanne Falasca of Saugus, and Mary Jane Frongillo of Lynn. She leaves her grandchildren, Michael J. Falasca III, Mark and Michelle Falasca, Daniel and Andrew Frongillo; six great-grandchildren, Michael IV, Brandon, Delaney, Ashley, Savannah; two great-great-grandchildren, Hazel and Kayden. She also leaves her sister, Josephine Kain of New Hampshire and several nieces and nephews. She is the mother of the late Andrew Falasca and sister of the late Gladys Spector and Anna Krol.
Service information: Her funeral will be held on Tuesday, Dec. 11, 2018 at 10 a.m. in the SOLIMINE Funeral Home, 426 Broadway (Route 129), Lynn. Burial in Pine Grove Cemetery, Lynn.
