Donna J. D’Eon, 78
LYNN — Donna J. (Sprague) D’Eon, 78 years, of Lynn, died peacefully on Sunday, May 19, 2019 in the Kaplan Family Hospice House in Danvers after a brief illness.
She was born in Lynn on Dec. 25, 1940 to the late Arthur Sprague and the late Marie V. (Irvine) Camuso. She was raised in Lynn and was a graduate of Lynn Classical High School. Donna lived in Lynn all of her life
Donna was a nurse for 35 years at Union Hospital in Lynn. She later worked at Urology Consultants of the North Shore. She retired from nursing eight years ago. She enjoyed much time with her children and her grandchildren. She loved bowling, knitting, vacationing in Aruba and relaxing by the pool. Most of all, Donna was a loving mother, nanni, sister and auntie. Her family was the light of her life. She will be remembered as a caring woman who loved her family. She will be carried in their hearts forever.
Donna is survived by her three children, Paul “PJ” D’Eon and his wife Rowena of Georgetown, Kimberly Paikos and her husband James of Middleton and Kerri Foglietta of Danvers; her grandchildren, Paul D’Eon of Georgetown, John “Yanni” Paikos of Middleton, Michael Paikos of Middleton, Abigail, Olivia and Joey Foglietta of Danvers; her sisters, Marilyn Mills and her husband Donald, Marianna Bowden and Jacqueline Sloden, all of Lynn. She also leaves several nieces and nephews. She is the sister of the late Lillian Everhart, Frances Burgess, Roberta Dickinson, and her beloved partner, Harry Johnson.
Service information: Her memorial service will be held on Thursday, May 23 at 7 p.m. in the SOLIMINE Funeral Home, 426 Broadway (Route 129), Lynn. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited.
