Deborrah K. Fowler, 70
LYNN — Mrs. Deborrah Katherine (Frasca) Fowler, age 70, of Lynn, died on Monday February 4, 2019 surrounded by her children at Salem Hospital after a lengthy illness. Born in Winthrop, she was the daughter of the late Salvatore and Barbara (Mason) Frasca.
Deborrah was a self-employed home cleaner for many years. She not only owned the cleaning company but she was well- known as the cleanest lady you would ever meet. She devoted her life to raising her children and cherished the time spent with them. She always taught the importance of family and led by being the best example.
Deborrah enjoyed cooking, dancing, interior decorating, playing catch, spending time with her kids and grandchildren, but her favorite thing in the world was family game night.
She was survived by her husband, Jesse Fowler IV, with whom she knew since her childhood days. She also leaves behind her children; Jesse Fowler V and his wife Valerie of Lynn, John Fowler and his partner Nancy of Las Vegas, Deborrah Dadou of Beverly, Jill Bowers and her partner Alex of Lynn, and Melissa Fowler-Dennis of Lynn, a son-in-law Clifton Bowers, her brothers and sisters; Judith Cormier and her husband Don, Pamela Taylor, Bradley Frasca and his wife Mickey, William Frasca and his wife Lisa, and John Frasca and his wife Oksana, 17 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren, as well as many nieces, nephews, and cousins. She is the sister of the late Sharon Votano-Caputo and Kathleen Lacey-Persia.
Service information: Her funeral will be held on Tuesday, February 12, 2019 at 9:30 a.m. from the SOLIMINE FUNERAL HOME, 67 Ocean Street (Rte. 1A) Lynn followed by a funeral mass in St. Mary’s Church, Lynn at 10:30 a.m. Burial in Puritan Lawn Memorial Park in Peabody.
