Lynn Housing Authority and Neighborhood Development Invitation for Bids Elevator Full Preventative Maintenance Service The Lynn Housing Authority and Neighborhood Development (LHAND), the awarding authority, invites sealed bids from general contractors for Elevator Maintenance Service for a term of three (3) years in accordance with the documents prepared by the LHAND. The project consists of full preventative maintenance service on eleven (11) elevators at eight (8) housing developments identified in the contract documents. The cost is estimated at $ 110,000 for a three (3) year period.
