ADVERTISEMENT The Lynn Housing Authority and Neighborhood Development, the Awarding Authority, invites sealed bids for the Replacement of Fire Pumps, for the Lynn Housing Authority and Neighborhood Development, 18 Bond Street and 95 Tremont Street, Wall Plaza in Lynn, Massachusetts, in accordance with the documents prepared by NV5, 200 Brickstone Square, Andover, MA 01810. In general, the Project consists of, but not limited to: This project includes the replacement of two (2) existing fire pumps and new underground primary electric feeds to each pump located at 18 Bond St, Lynn, MA and 95 Tremont St, Lynn, MA. The replacement of the fire pumps is considered a level one alteration per the MA Building Code. This project also includes the demolition of existing fire pumps, controllers, and all related appurtenances. New fire pumps, controllers, and all related appurtenances to be provided as specified.
