Legal Notice In accordance with the Quality Housing & Work Responsibility Act of 1998, the Lynn Housing Authority & Neighborhood Development will be submitting its annual Public Housing Agency Plan (PHA) Plan to the U.S. Department of Housing & Urban Development. In accordance with this regulation, LHAND will have the Annual Plan available for review and written comment beginning on Monday November 19, 2018 at 10 Church Street, Lynn, MA 01902. ADVERTISEMENT FOR BID TOWN OF LYNNFIELD SOUTH LYNNFIELD FIRE STATION COMPLEX ROOF REPLACEMENT The Town of Lynnfield will receive sealed bids for roof replacement and other roof improvements to the South Station Fire Complex. Sealed bids shall be submitted to the Department of Public Works, Town Hall, 55 Summer Street, Lynnfield, MA 01940 and shall be clearly marked "BID - SOUTH LYNNFIELD FIRE STATION COMPLEX ROOF REPLACEMENT - CONTRACT 18-11.01". Bids will be received at the Office of the Town Clerk until 10:00 AM on Wednesday, November 28, 2018 at which time they will be publicly opened and read. All bids must be submitted in the format provided in the bid package. A deposit in the amount of 5% of the total amount of the bid shall be furnished with the bid in the form of cash, certified check, treasurer's or cashier's check issued by a responsible bank or trust company, or in the form of a bid bond executed by a surety company authorized to do business in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, made payable to the Town of Lynnfield.
