LEGAL NOTICE TOWN OF SWAMPSCOTT CONSERVATION COMMISSION Pursuant to the provisions of the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act MGL Chapter 131, Section 40, the Swampscott Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing on the Notice of Intent of the TOWN OF SWAMPSCOTT for the Waterfront Access and Flood Protection Project at Cassidy Park Beach and Phillips Beach within 100 feet of an inland and/or coastal wetland resource area at Puritan Road (Lat: 42.466000, Long: -70.906017), and Ocean Ave (Lat: 42.472400, Long: -70.885400), Swampscott, MA. This request will be reviewed at a public meeting scheduled for AUGUST 20TH, 2020 at 7:30 P.M. This meeting will be held remotely in accordance with Governor Baker's March 12, 2020 Order Suspending Certain Provisions of the Open Meeting Law, G.L. c.30A, 18, and the Governor's March 15, 2020 Order imposing strict limitation on the number of people that may gather in one place.
