Jose A. Amador, 42, of 21 Ames St., Lynn was summonsed Friday on charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and speeding in violation of a special regulation.
Evaristo Moura, 51, of 22 Stevens St., was summonsed on charges of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon following a report at 9:10 p.m. Friday of 15 people fighting outside 22 Stevens St.
Alex Torres Espinal, 18, of 13 Center St. Apt. #2, was summonsed on charges of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon on a person +60/disabled with injury.

Road Rage
