MARBLEHEAD — At a forum next week, the town’s council on aging will welcome experts from across the region to dissect the economic crisis and the ways in which it is affecting the everyday American.
The event will be held on June 29 at the Jacobi Community Center. The presenters at the forum will be: Dan Brothers, chairman of the Marblehead Chamber of Commerce; Jim Nye, president of the National Grand Bank and member of Marblehead’s Select Board; and Dr. Ken Ardon, chair of Salem State University’s Economics Department.
The presenters will be discussing inflation, the supply chain, employment, and the Federal Reserve, among other pertinent financial topics. Those who buy tickets are able to write a question for the forum.
Tickets are $8 and reservations are required by noon on June 24.
