Joell Sosa, of 3 Laurent Road, Salem, was arrested on a warrant and charged with trafficking more than 10 grams of fentanyl, Class A drug distribution, and conspiracy to violate the drug law at 8:34 a.m. Wednesday.
Andre Wesley, 34, of 11 Broad St., was arrested and charged with trafficking more than 10 grams of fentanyl, drug possession with intent to distribute, conspiracy to violate the drug law, and on warrants for five counts of conspiracy to violate the drug law, three counts of trafficking heroin/morphine/opium, trafficking more than 10 grams of fentanyl, Class A drug distribution, and Class B drug distribution at 6:33 a.m. Wednesday.
