A report of a disturbance at 6:44 p.m. Tuesday on Nectar Place. A caller reported a neighbor was dumping yard debris into his yard. He said the neighbor came onto his property, made threats and pushed him. Police reported the neighbor’s trees had fallen into the caller’s yard over the winter. The caller had confronted the neighbor about the incident, which escalated to an argument. Both people involved reported they were pushed by one another.

A report of a road-rage incident at 9:27 p.m. Wednesday at Bertucci’s at 15 Newbury St. A caller reported her vehicle was shot at on Route 1 during a road-rage incident. She said the other vehicle fled toward the Route 128 on-ramp. The caller said the driver of another vehicle had attempted to cut her off. In retaliation, she said a Black man fired a single shot at the vehicle near Bertucci’s. One bullet landed inside the caller’s vehicle.
