A report of a neighborhood dispute at 1:28 p.m. Friday at 9 ½ Northend St. A caller reported a neighbor was putting snow in the street and crosswalk. An officer spoke with both people and reported the issue was resolved.
A neighborhood dispute was reported at 3:15 p.m. Saturday at 1408 Crane Brook Way. A caller reported his neighbors were smoking excessive amounts of marijuana and the smoke was getting into his apartment. He said management was not helping him.
A report of a fight at 1:01 a.m. Sunday at Cabaret Lounge at 96 Newbury St. Mark Degeorge, 58, of 24 May St., Everett; Suman Ralph, 29, of 252 Essex St., Beverly; and Thomas Cheviot, 30, of 185 Main St., Malden, were each issued a summons for assault and battery. Anthony Faia, 30, of 9 Kendall St., Apt. 3, Methuen, was issued a summons for malicious destruction of property over $1,200.
A report of suspicious activity at 6:29 p.m. Sunday at 11 Tremont St. A caller reported someone was cutting down trees with a chainsaw on city property. Police reported the person was gathering dead wood for a fire. The man was informed that this was not allowed and was sent away.
Theft
A report of a larceny at 10:10 a.m. Friday at Holiday Inn at 1 Newbury St. A janitor reported piping materials were stolen from the hotel. Police reported about $1,000 worth of copper piping was stolen.
