A report of suspicious activity at 1:34 p.m. Saturday at Heritage Heights Housing for the Elderly at 19 Talbot St. A caller reported a man had been going into his friend’s apartment and stealing his pain pills. The suspect had previously broken into the lockbox to gain access to the apartment. The Saugus Housing Authority has since changed the locks.
A suspicious person was reported at 7:56 p.m. Sunday on Belair Street. A caller reported a suspicious man was trying to enter her home. The caller said the man claimed to have a broken-down vehicle and wanted to be let inside. Police notified a towing company to free the man’s vehicle from the ice.
