Meghan Eileen Coulstring, 38, of 2 Ivanhoe Ave., West Yarmouth, was arrested and charged with shoplifting by asportation, threatening to commit a crime, disorderly conduct and on two warrants for drug offenses at 2:56 p.m. Monday.

A motor vehicle crash was reported at 12:34 a.m. Tuesday at 17 Sutton St. Calvin Hernandez, 20, of 45 Coburn St., Lynn, was issued a summons for unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. Maritza Chavez, 31, of 45 Coburn St., Lynn, was issued a summons for permitting unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.
A report of a hit-and-run motor vehicle crash at 8:19 a.m. Tuesday at 113 Tremont St. A single-car crash into a telephone pole was reported. The car left the scene after the crash. Kelly Sue Denham, 44, of 50 ½ Aborn St., was issued a summons for leaving the scene of property damage.
Complaints
A report of a suspicious motor vehicle at 8:40 a.m. Tuesday at 35 Pierpont St. The Fire Department reported an off-duty firefighter had seen someone hit a pole and try to leave the area. The driver said he had hit the pole on Monday. The driver declined medical attention.
Breaking and Entering
A report of a motor vehicle breaking and entering at 1:32 p.m. Monday at 7 Garden Road. Police reported three vehicles were broken into and items were taken.

Brett E. Rome, 32, of 5 St., Apt. G, South Boston, was arrested and charged with shoplifting by asportation (third offense) and resisting arrest at 10:45 a.m. Monday.

A report of a motor vehicle breaking and entering at 9:17 p.m. Monday at LA Fitness at 1450 Broadway.
Complaints
A report of a disturbance at 5:29 p.m. Monday at Dunkin’ Donuts at 1201 Broadway. A caller reported a disagreement with employees over a hash brown. Police reported the hash brown had been returned to the custody of Dunkin’ and the caller received her money back. She was told to follow up with corporate if she chose to pursue the matter.
Theft
A report of a larceny at 2:34 p.m. Monday at HZ Motors, LLC at 214 Hamilton St. A caller reported several catalytic converters had been removed from cars in the lot.
