BOSTON — A 32-year-old Lynn man was sentenced in federal court Thursday to 15 years in prison for conspiring to distribute methamphetamine and possessing firearms, the U.S. Attorney’s office said.

David Oth, also known as “Baby Bouncer,” pleaded guilty on Aug. 5 to charges of conspiracy to distribute 50 or more grams of methamphetamine and possession of firearms in furtherance of a drug crime.

On Thursday, he was sentenced to 15 years of prison to be followed by six years of supervised release, prosecutors said.

Oth was a member of the Tiny Rascals Gangsters, a violent street gang with a presence in Lynn, Malden, Salem and Lowell. Oth admitted to, with other gang members, conspiring for more than a year to distribute methamphetamine and other drugs by transporting them to Maine, where they would yield a higher resale value, prosecutors said.

Authorities searched Oth’s home in February 2021, which resulted in the seizure of approximately three pounds of 100-percent pure methamphetamine and two firearms, prosecutors said.
