Sherell Norman, 46, of 638 North Main St., Brockton, was arrested on a warrant and charged with destruction of property valued at over $1200 at 11:08 a.m. Wednesday.
Thomas Patak, 51, of 79 Chestnut St., was arrested and charged with nighttime breaking and entering for a felony, and on a warrant for nighttime breaking and entering for a felony, leaving the scene of personal injury, failure to yield at an intersection, and owning an uninsured motor vehicle or trailer at 8:36 a.m. Wednesday.
Ronald Spraglin, 33, was arrested on a warrant and charged with operating a firearm within 500 feet of a dwelling, assault with a dangerous weapon, carrying a firearm without a license, assault and battery, possession of a Class B drug (second offense), carrying a loaded firearm, and possession with intent to distribute at 12:08 a.m. Wednesday.

A female driver and a male driver were taken to Beverly and Salem hospitals, respectively. Mass Highway was notified to repair a sign that was damaged in the median. A 17-year-old male from Littleton was issued a summons for operating after suspension, driving to endanger, and racing.

A report of suspicious activity at 12:39 p.m. Wednesday at Blushing Bride at 215 Newbury St. A caller reported an ongoing issue with an elderly man urinating in the parking lot. The man was gone upon police arrival.

A report of a motor vehicle breaking and entering at 9:08 a.m. Tuesday at 30 Hamilton St.
Complaints
A report of a suspicious motor vehicle at 11:10 a.m. Friday at 4134 Scotts Mill Court. A caller reported seeing a suspicious vehicle with three holes in its side parked in a handicap spot. Police reported the holes were from bullets.
A report of threats at 11:05 p.m. Tuesday at the Holiday Inn Express at 999 Broadway. A caller reported he was being threatened by a pimp in Florida over the phone. Police reported the caller blocked the number; the threat was deemed to not be immediate or viable at this time.
Theft
A report of an attempted larceny at 7:10 p.m. Friday at Stop & Shop at 164 Main St. A caller reported two men had attempted to rob the customer-service desk. The suspects didn’t get away with anything and no weapon was shown. The suspects were described as one white man and one Black man who were wearing ski masks. The attempted theft involved using fake credit cards in an attempt to buy gift cards.
A report of a larceny at 11:35 a.m. Saturday at 3 Ruby Road. A man walked into the station to report he was scammed out of $300 over Cash App.

Vandalism
A report of vandalism at 5:51 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 24 at 9 Vincent St. A caller reported hearing a loud bang and then found that her front door was broken open. A caller from 69 Lincoln Ave. reported someone had thrown a flower pot and smashed it off of the front door. Police searched the area, but could not find anyone.
Vandalism was reported at 11:54 a.m. Saturday at 60 Central St. A caller reported her vehicle was vandalized.
