LYNN

Arrests 

Yeira Aguero, 33, of 130 Neptune Blvd., was arrested and charged with larceny from a building, Class A drug possession, and on a warrant for larceny from a person at 1:43 p.m. Monday. 

Marie Cash, 74, of 14 Oneida St., was arrested and charged with assault with a dangerous weapon at 1:40 p.m. Sunday. 

Carlos Pueno-Paguada, 30, of 10 Bates St., was arrested and charged with OUI liquor and unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle at 7:13 a.m. Monday.

A report of a motor vehicle crash at 4:26 p.m. Sunday at 667 Lynnfield St.; at 10:57 p.m. Sunday at 394 Summer St.; at 6:06 a.m. Monday at 889 Western Ave.; at 8:32 a.m. Monday at 62 Chestnut St.; at 10:51 a.m. Monday at Park Street and Western Avenue; at 1:16 p.m. Monday at 35 Walnut St.; at 1:46 p.m. Monday at Boston and Franklin streets.   

A report of a hit-and-run motor vehicle crash at 6:54 p.m. Sunday at Essex and Mt Pleasant streets.  

Assaults 

A report of an assault and battery at 4:02 p.m. Sunday at 8 Rogers Ave.  

Breaking and Entering 

A report of a motor vehicle breaking and entering at 6:04 p.m. Sunday at the MBTA parking garage at 186 Market St. 

A report of a breaking and entering at 10:34 p.m. Sunday at 13 Congress St.; at 11:15 a.m. Monday at 41 Brimblecom St.  

Theft 

A report of a motor vehicle theft at 4:27 p.m. Sunday at 111 Washington St.; at 11:20 a.m. Monday at Alice Avenue and Ingalls Street. 


LYNNFIELD 

Arrests 

Brian J. Giardullo, 46, of 25 Howard St., Saugus, was arrested and charged with OUI liquor at 11:23 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 23. 

Accidents 

A report of a motor vehicle crash at 1:52 p.m. Wednesday at 997 Salem St. and 9 Lynnbrook Road; at 8:29 p.m. Wednesday on S Broadway; at 12:35 p.m. Thursday at 448 Main St. and 45 Chestnut St.; at 12:52 p.m. Saturday on I-95 northbound, Exit 59.  

A report of a two-car crash with injury at 2:49 a.m. Thursday on S Broadway. At least one person was taken to Melrose-Wakefield Hospital.  

A report of a hit-and-run motor vehicle crash at 7:18 p.m. Saturday at 26 Lakeview Drive.

Assaults 

A report of an assault at 3:23 p.m. Saturday at Post Office Square on Salem Street. 

Complaints 

A report of a gang disturbance at 5:09 p.m. Wednesday on Market Street. MarketStreet security reported several kids were refusing to leave the rink. 

A report of a disturbance at 1 a.m. Saturday at 170 Moulton Drive. A caller reported a group of about 100 kids were throwing glass in the road. The caller later reported that the group was drag racing vehicles and throwing glass. Police reported the group was from a party at 170 Moulton Drive. The homeowner said he does not talk to police; he was advised of the next steps if the police were called there again that night. 

Theft 

A report of a larceny at 3:49 p.m. Wednesday at 3 Timberhill Terrace. 

Vandalism 

A report of vandalism at 5:37 p.m. Wednesday at The Apple Store at 1220 Market St.

Arrests 

Carlos R. Coelho, 60, of 11 Water St., Apt. 3, was arrested on a warrant at 8:37 p.m. Friday. 

Robin Adam Limoli, 49, of 20 Ellen Road, Lynn, was arrested and charged with shoplifting by concealing merchandise (second offense) at 5:39 p.m. Sunday. 

Kayla Faigh Miner, 30, of 1345 Bodwell Road, Apt. 6, Manchester, N.H., was arrested and charged with shoplifting by asportation, trespassing and possession of a burglarious instrument at 8:06 p.m. Saturday.

A report of a motor vehicle crash at 1:39 p.m. Friday at Wilson Square; at 2:30 p.m. Friday at Speedway at 545 Lowell St.; at 10:25 p.m. Friday at 163 Washington St. and 124 Foster St.; at 12:22 p.m. Sunday at 48 Prospect St. and 2 Essex Lane; at 7:54 p.m. Sunday at Treadwell’s Ice Cream Stand at 46 Margin St.  

A report of a hit-and-run motor vehicle crash at 4:36 p.m. Friday at Bank of America at 189 Andover St.; at 7:47 p.m. Friday at Domino’s Pizza at 1 Andover St.; at 3:14 a.m. Saturday at Peabody Diner at 10 Margin St.; at 4:16 p.m. Saturday at 116 Bartholomew St.; at 6:55 p.m. Saturday at 22 Veterans Memorial Drive.    

A report of a pedestrian struck by a motor vehicle at 6:32 p.m. Friday at 133 Lowell St. A caller reported a delivery driver was going back to his vehicle when he was struck by a motor vehicle. The man declined medical attention. 

A report of a motor vehicle crash with injury at 6:32 p.m. Saturday at 96 Tremont St. and 2 Shamrock St. 

A motor vehicle crash was reported at 5:01 p.m. Sunday at 27 Andover St. Dina Prata, 55, of 50 Centre St., Danvers, was issued a summons for following too close and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license. 

Breaking and Entering 

A report of a motor vehicle breaking and entering at 2:09 a.m. Sunday at Golden Banana at 151 Newbury St. A caller reported someone stole her purse from her while she was napping.

A report of a burglary at 7:02 a.m. Monday at 6 Crowninshield St. 

A motor vehicle breaking and entering was reported at 9:10 a.m. Sunday at 7112 Crane Brook Way. 

Complaints 

A report of suspicious activity at 9:16 a.m. Sunday at 46R Wallis St. A resident reported a suspicious man had been lingering around the area and started a bonfire in the fire pit. Police sent the man away. 

Theft 

A report of a stolen motor vehicle at 12:10 p.m. Saturday at Our Place at 1A Newbury St. 

A report of a larceny at 10:02 a.m. Sunday at 12 Bowditch St. Stolen medication was reported. 

Vandalism 

A report of vandalism at 4:02 p.m. Friday at Market & Liquors at 117 Newbury St. An employee reported a broken window.

Assaults 

A report of an assault at 8:35 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 23 at 312 Humphrey St. A caller reported he was assaulted by his landlord; he said the landlord would not leave his apartment. 

Breaking and Entering 

A report of a motor vehicle breaking and entering at 8:39 a.m. Wednesday at Chipotle Mexican Grill at 440 Paradise Road.

Complaints 

A report of suspicious activity at 10:29 p.m. Saturday at St. John’s Church at 174 Humphrey St. State Police reported a “well-dressed male” had attempted to open the doors at First Church Congregational, which was across from the State Police detail on Monument Avenue.

A report of a juvenile problem at 8:32 p.m. Sunday at 55 Berkshire St. A caller reported five to six middle-school-aged kids were knocking on doors and ringing doorbells before running off. 

Theft 

A large number of jackets were reported stolen from the Marshalls at 1005 Paradise Road at 3:37 p.m. Wednesday.
