Kevin Bowes, of 1 Oak Hill Road, Fitchburg, was arrested on warrants and charged with two counts of assault with a dangerous weapon, two counts of assault, two counts of disorderly conduct, two counts of resisting arrest, malicious wanton property defacement, trespassing, and civil-rights violation at 5:03 a.m. Tuesday.
Nicholas Cunha, 42, was arrested and charged with Class A drug possession (subsequent offense) and violation of the city knife ordinance at 11:43 a.m. Tuesday.
Anthony Rosato, of 56 Harrison Ave., Gloucester, was arrested on a warrant and charged with two counts of shoplifting by concealing merchandise at 12:24 p.m. Tuesday.
Kimblia Woods, 44, of 119 Lewis St., was arrested and charged with disturbing the peace at 8:04 p.m. Monday.

Complaints
A coyote sighting was reported at 7:20 a.m. Sunday at Nahant Road and Wharf Street. A caller reported a coyote was following a dog walker in the street. The coyote eventually left the area.
Another coyote sighting was reported at 8:57 a.m. Monday at Short Beach Playground. A caller reported the coyote appeared to have killed two cats.
Fire
A house fire was reported at 10:03 a.m. Monday on Ocean Street. The Lynn Fire dispatch reported a chair was on fire at the location. Police reported the fire was put out.

Arrests
George A. Panopoulos, 56, of 120 Lowell St., was arrested and charged with malicious damage to a motor vehicle; malicious destruction of property under $1,200; assault and battery; and intimidating a witness, juror, police officer or court official at 1:44 p.m. Monday.

A report of suspicious activity at 9:29 p.m. Monday at 149 Realty Trust at 149 Main St. A caller reported someone had tried to climb her fire escape and was potentially trying to get into her home. Police reported the person was gone upon arrival.
A report of a disturbance at 11:07 p.m. Monday at Pete’s A Place at 19A Central St. A caller reported a woman was punching a man in the middle of the street. An officer reported the person had just learned about a death in the family and was being consoled by his girlfriend.
