Liza Freiman, 32, of 16 Reid Terrace, Swampscott, was arrested on a warrant and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and state highway violation at 10:27 p.m. Wednesday.

At 2:23 p.m. Thursday, a caller from 2 Albert Road reported her English bulldog may have been stolen from the front porch. The female bulldog is white and tan in color.

A report of an erratic operator at 8:47 p.m. Friday at 138 Beach Bluff Ave. The homeowner reported a truck drove over their lawn.
A report of suspicious activity at 1:48 a.m. Saturday at 141 Burrill St. A caller reported a man, who was wearing dark clothing and a backpack, had tried to steal the copper gutter from a neighbor’s house.
A noise complaint was reported at 10:19 p.m. Saturday at 11 Linden Ave. A caller reported a loud party. Police requested mutual aid from the Marblehead Police Department for a large number of people at the party. The fire department and an ambulance was dispatched to respond to an intoxicated 16-year-old girl.
Suspicious activity was reported at 1:18 a.m. Sunday on Galloupes Point Road. A caller reported a homeless person may have stolen a cellphone in the area.
A report of a disturbance at 10:48 a.m. Sunday on Monument Avenue. A caller was not pleased about a flag with an expletive that was being held by someone at the monument. Police told the caller that it was a matter of free speech. A second caller complained about the flag about an hour later and was told the same thing.
A report of suspicious activity at 8:07 p.m. Sunday at 30 Phillips Beach Ave. A caller reported a kid took his candy bowl and then attempted to open his front door. The caller had seen this on his Ring camera.
A disturbance was reported at 5:44 a.m. Monday at 14 Paradise Road. A caller reported people were throwing things from their second-floor apartment porch onto the sidewalk and street.
Suspicious activity was reported at 3:38 p.m. Wednesday at Salem Street and Stanley Road. A caller reported a driver had driven past her, honked the horn and flipped her off. She said this had been an ongoing issue.
A report of a fight at 4:50 p.m. Wednesday at 197 Essex St. A fight of two people against one person was reported. No weapons were involved.
