LYNN

Arrests 

Cesar Guerrero, 36, of 10 Grover St., was arrested and charged with trafficking 200-plus grams of a Class A drug and trafficking 200-plus grams of a Class B drug at 9:22 p.m. Thursday. 

David Harak, 32, of 14 Country Club Road, Melrose, was arrested and charged with OUI liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, and leaving the scene of property damage at 12:43 p.m. Thursday. 

Jason Macallister, 26, of 28 Hollingsworth St., was arrested on a warrant and charged with malicious wanton property defacement, assault with a dangerous weapon, resisting arrest, and miscellaneous municipal ordinance violation at 11:22 p.m. Thursday. 

Rosa Reyes, 48, of 40A Cary Ave., Chelsea, was arrested and charged with OUI liquor, second offense at 3:01 a.m. Friday.

A report of a hit-and-run motor vehicle crash at 2:31 p.m. Thursday at 13 Regina Road; at 6:18 p.m. Thursday at 63 Cottage St.; at 1:39 p.m. Friday at Eastern Avenue and New Ocean Street.   

A report of a motor vehicle crash at 4:39 p.m. Thursday at 634 Boston St.; at 4:52 p.m. Thursday at 747 Boston St.; at 9:31 p.m. Thursday at South and Summer streets; at 9:30 p.m. Thursday at Broad and Spring streets; at 7:01 a.m. Friday at Chatham Street and Wildemere Place; at 10:10 a.m. Friday at Chestnut Street and Western Avenue; at 12:23 p.m. Friday at 308 Eastern Ave.

A report of a breaking and entering at 10:01 p.m. Thursday at Keaney Park on Adams Street Extension.

A report of an overdose at 11:02 a.m. Friday at 33 Lincoln St. 

Theft 

A report of a larceny at 11:52 a.m. Thursday at 431 Lynnway; at 1:22 p.m. Thursday at 190L Washington St.; at 10:33 a.m. Friday at 376 Washington St. 

A report of a motor vehicle theft at 6:49 p.m. Thursday at Adams and Sheridan streets; at 8:17 a.m. Thursday at 53A Western Ave.    

Vandalism 

A report of vandalism at 1:13 p.m. Thursday at 21 Chandler Terrace. 


LYNNFIELD

Arrests 

Joseph A. Marchetti, 62, of 26 Lisa Road, Peabody, was arrested and charged with hunting over bait and hunting/fishing on posted property at 5:30 p.m. Thursday. 

Accidents 

A report of a motor vehicle crash at 7:45 a.m. Monday at Lynnfield High School at 275 Essex St.; at 3:57 p.m. Tuesday at Whole Foods Market at 100 Market St.; at 7:30 p.m. Thursday at 375 N Broadway.

A motor vehicle crash was reported at 8:52 a.m. Monday at 8 Mitchell Road. A caller reported their daughter struck a telephone pole that morning. The fire department reported the pole had moved and was cracked. Verizon was notified. 

A caller reported hitting a deer with a motor vehicle at 2:29 p.m. Wednesday at 415 Lowell St. 

Complaints 

A report of fraud at 6:34 p.m. Monday at 2 Northway. 

At 5:29 p.m. Tuesday, a caller reported a white truck had left a full dumpster in the road at 1 Willowdale Drive. An officer spoke with the truck driver, who reported the dumpster was being moved. 

A report of a suspicious vehicle at 8:05 p.m. Tuesday on Walnut Street. A caller reported the back-seat occupant of a vehicle appeared to be waving a handgun. The vehicle exited I-95 at Walnut Street. 

A report of a suspicious person at 1:12 p.m. Wednesday at 6 Kimball Lane. A caller reported a black Jeep was parked in the parking lot; the caller said its occupants were lying on the grass. Police reported teenagers were playing video games. 

A report of a gang disturbance at 5:23 p.m. Wednesday at MarketStreet Lynnfield at 425 Walnut St. Security reported kids on bikes were causing havoc. Police met with security and spoke with the kids’ parents. 

A suspicious person was reported at 10:30 a.m. Thursday on Heritage Lane. A caller reported a suspicious incident, in which a man in a gray SUV beeped his horn to get her attention and told her that he went to mass that day. He didn’t say anything else, and proceeded to drive away. 

At 10:35 a.m. Thursday, a caller reported a fancy-looking chicken was walking around the property of Horizon Air at 10 Kimball Lane. Animal Control was notified. 

A report of a disturbance at 4:44 p.m. Thursday at 562 Main St. A caller reported a resident was blowing leaves into the street. 

Fire 

A small brush fire on the side of the road was reported at 5:42 p.m. Wednesday at 144 Salem St. and 7 Jensen St. It was handled by the fire department. 

Theft 

A report of a larceny at 2:19 p.m. Wednesday at 17 Apple Hill Lane. A caller reported several chickens were missing.

Accidents 

A report of a motor vehicle crash at 3:30 p.m. Thursday at Perry Lane and Front Street; at 4:17 p.m. Thursday at Elm Street and Roosevelt Avenue.

Breaking and Entering 

A report of a car break at 8:51 p.m. Wednesday on Paradise Road.

Complaints 

A report of a disturbance at 4:36 p.m. Wednesday on Atlantic Avenue; at 7:36 p.m. Wednesday on Broughton Road; at 5:20 p.m. Thursday on Village Street. 

A report of suspicious activity at 7:58 p.m. Wednesday on Elm Street; at 8:22 p.m. Wednesday on Pitman Road. 

Theft 

A report of a larceny/forgery/fraud at 3:34 p.m. Thursday on Barnard Street. 


PEABODY 

Arrests 

Joshua N. Gaynor, 21, of 15 Ravenwood Road, was arrested on five warrants and charged with two counts of marked lanes violation, two counts of failure to stop for police, domestic assault and battery, arrestee furnishing false ID information, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, speeding, missing registration sticker, reckless operation of a motor vehicle, breakdown violation, no inspection/sticker, passing violation, speeding in violation of a special regulation, and Class A drug possession at 2:43 p.m. Thursday. 

Accidents 

A report of a motor vehicle crash at 2:41 p.m. Thursday at 220 Lowell St. and 2 Forest St.; at 8:32 a.m. Friday at St. Ann’s Church at 140 Lynn St.; at 11:06 a.m. Friday at 122 Lynnfield St.  

A report of a motor vehicle crash with injury at 10:48 a.m. Friday at Lowell Street and Route 128 North. One person was taken to Salem Hospital. 

Breaking and Entering

A report of a breaking and entering at 7:05 a.m. Friday at Wilson Square Citgo at 2 Andover St. A caller reported a window was broken and money was taken. 

Complaints

A report of a disturbance at 7:30 p.m. Thursday at Peabody District Court at 1 Lowell St. A caller reported a group of juveniles were causing a disturbance on the steps of the courthouse. 

A report of suspicious activity at 10:13 p.m. Thursday at 36 Buxton Lane. A caller reported a suspicious man was in her backyard; he took off on a mountain bike.  

A report of a neighborhood dispute at 12:01 p.m. Friday at 12 Allen Road. A caller reported a neighbor keeps on pulling into his driveway. 

Fire 

A report of a piece of equipment on fire at 1:40 p.m. Friday at Meadows Golf Course at 58 Granite St. The fire was extinguished. 

Overdose 

A report of an overdose at 8:39 a.m. Friday at Mobile Estates at 286 Newbury St. Narcan was administered and the person was taken to Beverly Hospital. 

Vandalism 

A report of vandalism at 6:12 p.m. Thursday at 260 Newbury St. A tow company reported vandalism to a tow truck. 


SAUGUS

Accidents

A report on a motor vehicle crash at 2:33 p.m. Thursday at 230 Essex St; at 6:38 p.m. Thursday at 517 Broadway.

Complaints

At 4:55 p.m. Thursday, a caller reported a group of about 20 children on bikes were causing a traffic hazard in the area of Vine and Talbot streets.

A report of a disturbance at 8:44 p.m. Thursday at Junkster at 1423 Broadway. A caller reported two men were caught on camera stealing a jack from the business. The caller said the men proceeded to All Tune and Lube, where they stole a set of rims off of a vehicle. Both suspects left the area in a blue sedan.
