Armando Nizlopez, 22, of 75 Flint St., Lynn, was arrested and charged with OUI-liquor, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, and possession of an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle at 11 p.m. Sunday.
Complaints
At 9:49 a.m. Sunday, a caller reported kids jumping off the Wharf. Police reported the people were fishing; there were no kids jumping.
A report of suspicious activity at 9:19 p.m. Monday at Pond Street and Emerald Road. A caller reported a truck was parked and a few men walked away from the vehicle with a fishing pole and bucket. An officer checked the area and reported there was nothing suspicious.
Vandalism
At 7:43 a.m. Sunday, a caller reported vandalism to the bathroom facilities behind the fire station near Flash Road Playground on Flash Road.

A caller reported the driver of a gray Subaru Forester drove the wrong way down Union Street and sideswiped a vehicle. The suspect fled into the Holy Ghost Mall on Howley Street. A 28-year-old Lynn man was arrested (see arrests).
Overdose
A report of an overdose at 3:13 a.m. Thursday at 3 Tremont St. The person was taken to Salem Hospital after overdosing on pills.

A report of a larceny at 12:17 p.m. Wednesday at Ceva Logistics at 5A Fifth St. A caller reported four pallets of computers were stolen.
A theft of a catalytic converter was reported at 4:19 p.m. Wednesday at 58 Washington St.
At 4:54 p.m. Wednesday at McDonald’s at 133 Main St. A caller reported her middle-school-aged son had his scooter stolen by a high school student.
