Theft

Police reported the car was over packed and it was not possible for someone to be hiding in the vehicle; nothing was missing from the vehicle.

A report of a water incident at 6:49 p.m. Friday at Long Beach on the Causeway. A caller reported a woman on the beach was frantic because she could not find her 17-year-old son, who was surfing. Police reported finding the surfer safe and sound on the beach.

The caller said the driver was using a bullhorn to swear at people in the area. Police reported the person was gone upon arrival.
A report of suspicious activity at 8:09 p.m. Sunday at Peabody Schools at 9 Margin St. A caller reported kids were flashing lights on the tombstones. An officer reported the group was a family visiting a grave site.
A report of a neighborhood dispute at 9:15 a.m. Monday at 11 Birchwood Ave. A caller reported her neighbor had been draining his pool into her yard. The caller said the health department had told him to stop, but he was continuing to do it.
Vandalism
A report of vandalism at 1:40 p.m. Sunday at 36 ½ Lynn St. A caller reported a vehicle hit his pole. Police reported the person paid restitution.
