Xum Cayetano, 48, of 32 Congress Ave., was arrested and charged with operation of a motor vehicle with a suspended license, failure to stop/yield, using an electronic device while operating a motor vehicle, and a warrant for OUI-liquor second offense and unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle at 3:40 p.m. Friday.
Rafael Lopez-Lopez, 32, of 136 Allen Ave., was arrested and charged with OUI-liquor and operation of a motor vehicle with a suspended license for OUI and on a warrant for leaving the scene of property damage, OUI-liquor and unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle at 6:55 a.m. Friday.

Complaints
At 11:21 a.m. Monday, a caller reported a youth was riding an ATV in the roadway on Trickett Road. Police spoke with the juvenile and his mother; he agreed to keep the ATV in the yard.
At 7:35 p.m. Tuesday, a caller reported following an erratic operator on Main Street. Charles Herbert Smith, 76, of 849 Main St., was issued a summons for failure to stop for police, marked lanes violation, no inspection/sticker and having an obstructed or non-transparent window.
At 10:15 p.m. Tuesday, the fire department reported something was thrown at a car at 550 Summer St. and 0 Pillings Pond Road. Police located the youths and stood by until they were picked up by their parents.
At 6:57 p.m. Wednesday, security reported two youths on BMX bikes causing a disturbance at a fundraiser on Market Street. Police removed the youths from the property.

A report of a small transformer fire at 12:09 a.m. Friday at 4 Oak St. Peabody Light was called to the scene.

A Brown Road resident reported a past breaking and entering of their vehicle at 3:01 p.m. Thursday. A pair of sunglasses was missing.

Report of kids jumping off the pier at Fisherman’s Beach at 1:25 p.m. Wednesday.
A caller reported several large sinkholes in the road on Norfolk Avenue at 5:12 p.m. Wednesday. An officer checked the area and found no issue.
A caller at Fisherman’s Beach reported at 2:46 a.m. Thursday that a white SUV had been parked outside for around three hours and their apartment smelled like exhaust. The SUV was gone when police arrived.
