Theft
A report of a larceny at 8:27 p.m. Friday at Lynnfield Commons at 375 N Broadway. A caller reported a headrest was stolen from his vehicle when it was parked at his home.

A motor vehicle crash was reported at 8:35 a.m. Monday at Spring Hill Suites at 43 Newbury St. A caller reported a tractor trailer hit a fire hydrant. The fire department was notified. The crash will be handled by the trucking company and the hotel.
Breaking and Entering
A report of a motor vehicle breaking and entering at 1:52 p.m. Sunday at 12 Crowninshield St. A caller reported her car’s window was broken and her wallet and credit cards were stolen.
Complaints
A report of suspicious activity at 5:54 p.m. Saturday behind the U.S. Post Office at 13 Wallis St. Two juveniles reported a man in his 50s, who was wearing a red shirt and backwards hat, was doing something inappropriate with his hands. An officer could not locate the suspect. A mother of one of the juveniles came to pick up the two girls who reported the incident.
Suspicious activity was reported at 10:45 a.m. Sunday at 17 Central St. A caller reported a man was loitering in a known drug area and was speaking with a known drug user. The man got into a vehicle driven by a woman and left the area. Police continued to monitor the area.
Fire
A grill fire was reported at 8:51 p.m. Saturday at 4 Silverleaf Way. It was handled by the fire department.
Theft
A laptop was reported stolen at 3:14 p.m. Friday at 1108 Crane Brook Way.
A pressure washer was reported stolen at 11:10 a.m. Monday at Big Pig BBQ at 108 Newbury St.
A report of a larceny at 12:54 p.m. Monday at 3 Mt Pleasant Drive. An employee reported the cap to a pickup truck was stolen. The theft occurred on July 17 and police have identified a possible suspect.
Vandalism
A report of vandalism at 11:30 a.m. Saturday at 57A County St. A caller reported arrows were thrown through the garage, but wasn’t sure when the incident occurred. Police reported the homeowner found out that the neighbor’s son was at fault. The neighbors decided to work it out among themselves.
Vandalism was reported at 1:21 p.m. Saturday at Mobil at 137 Newbury St. A caller reported the air machine there was vandalized.
A report of vandalism at 11:35 a.m. Sunday at 21 North Central St. Damage to the property’s fence was reported.
A report of motor vehicle vandalism at 3:53 p.m. Sunday at 8 Ledgewood Way. Police reported there was no vandalism; a note was left on the vehicle telling the owner not to park in a certain spot.
Vandalism was reported at 11:26 a.m. Monday at Peabody City Garage at 50 Farm Ave. A caller reported items were stolen.
