Kezia Goss, 23, of 307 Carter St., Chelsea, was arrested and charged with assault and battery on a pregnant victim at 3:33 p.m. Wednesday.
Juan Huezo Rosa, 38, was arrested and charged with two counts of miscellaneous municipal ordinance violation, OUI-liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, leaving the scene of property damage, motor vehicle use without authority and unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle at 2:29 p.m. Wednesday.
Shane Kozlowski, 24, of 149 Federal St., Apt. 2, Salem, was arrested and charged with OUI-drugs at 8:23 p.m. Tuesday.
Kiwanuka Mukalazi, 50, of 6 Houghton St., was arrested and charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon at 11:36 p.m. Tuesday.
Miguel Nunez, 64, of 7 Willow St., was arrested and charged with three counts of trafficking more than 10 grams of fentanyl, three counts of Class A drug distribution and two counts of conspiracy to violate the drug law at 12:59 p.m. Wednesday.

Complaints
Police received a report at 12:21 p.m. Tuesday that someone had set up an encampment in the Ware Pond Conservation Area.
Police received a report at 12:24 p.m. Tuesday that kids were removing rocks from a wall on Mechanic Square and throwing them on the playground and in the street. The kids were not present when police arrived and no damage was found to the playground or nearby vehicles.
A resident came to the station at 6:22 p.m. Tuesday to report that another vehicle passed him illegally on West Shore Drive.
Scams
A Pequot Road resident came to the station at 9:57 a.m. Tuesday to report that he had received a scam letter in the mail saying that his father had deposited $22 million in a bank in China and was now deceased, and the man needed to claim the money. The man understood that the letter was a scam and his father was still alive.
A Cloutmans Lane resident called at 4:21 p.m. Tuesday to report a possible scam call from Publishers Clearing House.
Suspicious activity
A Bubier Road resident called at 8:43 a.m. Tuesday to report that about a half hour before, her daughter had been waiting outside for a friend to ride her bike with her when a man came by on a bicycle and asked if she wanted him to ride to school with her. The friend arrived and the two girls arrived safely at their destination.
Theft
A report of a stolen package at 12:16 p.m. Tuesday on Hooper Street.
NAHANT
Complaints
A coyote was spotted walking next to a bicyclist at Castle and Ward roads at 1:38 a.m. Monday.
Three coyotes were seen in the middle of the intersection at Castle and Gardner roads at 5:37 a.m. Tuesday.
At 2:43 p.m. Tuesday, a caller near the Bayside Function Room on Range Road reported an erratic driver in a white van almost hit her and rolled down the window to scream at her. She thought the driver may have also pulled a gun, but wasn’t sure. At no point was a gun seen by the caller. Police conducted an area check for the white van.
At 8:37 p.m. Tuesday, a caller from Castle Road reported a man was fishing in the water behind her house. An officer spoke with the resident, and explained that there was no one in the water fishing. The officer went back to check again and confirmed there was “absolutely no one in the water fishing.”

Saulo Santa, 21, of 3 Highland Park, Apt. 2, was arrested and charged with two counts of malicious destruction of property over $1,200, operation of a motor vehicle with a suspended license, unregistered motor vehicle and arson of a dwelling house at 11:52 a.m. Tuesday.
Accidents
A report of a motor vehicle crash at 2:54 p.m. Tuesday at Andover Street and Route 128 North; at 3:17 p.m. Tuesday at Andover and Newbury streets; at 6:58 a.m. Wednesday at 7-Eleven at 115 Main St.
A motor vehicle crash was reported at 4:42 p.m. Tuesday at 49 Pine St. A homeowner reported a vehicle drove through her fence.
Christian Skyler Clemons, 28, of 58 Cabot St., Beverly, was issued a summons for operation of a motor vehicle after a motor vehicle crash was reported at 9:06 p.m. Tuesday at 305 Lowell St.

A report of a motor vehicle breaking and entering at 1:48 p.m. Tuesday at 5 Nickerson Road.
Complaints
A report of suspicious activity at 1:23 p.m. Tuesday at 10 Hoover Ave. A caller reported a suspicious person wearing a jumpsuit was on a skateboard outside her house. He was reportedly banging on doors in the neighborhood. An officer reported the man works for “Fox Exterminators.” Solicitors were advised to check in with police.
Fire
A report of an arson/bombing at 11:52 a.m. Tuesday at 3 Highland Park. A caller reported his brother got into an argument and tried to burn down the house. Police reported the fire was extinguished and the brother fled in a vehicle, which was stopped at Wallis and Tremont streets. Saulo Santa, 21, was arrested (see arrests).
Theft
A report of a larceny at 2:26 p.m. Tuesday at Gaeta Enterprises, Inc. at 14 Newbury St. A caller reported someone drove off without paying for gas. Police reported the person would go back to pay their bill.
A larceny was reported at 5:23 p.m. Tuesday at 37 Walnut St. and 20 Wallis St. A caller reported a man in a baseball cap was shouting “call the cops” while chasing a man in a hoodie. Police reported the caller was a cab driver who got beat for a fare.

A report of vandalism at 12:07 p.m. Tuesday at 161 Newbury St.
SAUGUS
Accidents
On Tuesday at 7:09 p.m., a caller reported a motor vehicle crash on Hamilton Street. An individual was transported to a nearby hospital.
At 7:35 a.m. Wednesday, a caller reported that they had been involved in a motor vehicle crash at 127 Broadway and the other vehicle fled the scene.
Disturbances
At 12:16 p.m. Tuesday, a caller reported that a man was refusing to leave the building located at 466 Central St. The individual was transported to Brigham and Women’s Hospital.
Theft
A store employee reported that an employee had stolen accessories from a store at 1277 Broadway at 1:05 p.m. Tuesday.
