MARBLEHEAD
Accidents
A truck reportedly struck a tree at 11:06 a.m. Monday on Driftwood Road. The driver did not appear to have any injuries.
Complaints
At 5:32 p.m. Friday, a caller reported dead pogies were washing up on shore at Marblehead Harbor.
At 9:53 p.m. Friday, a caller reported a large gathering of young adults were in a parking lot on Risley Road. She said beer cans were strewn about in the area. Police reported there was no gathering upon their arrival.
At 12:06 p.m. Saturday, a caller from Ocean Avenue reported that while he was at the beach, he saw a man taking photos of kids. The caller confronted the man and confirmed he was not with a birthday party in the area. After he was confronted, the man reportedly took off.
At 11:10 p.m. Saturday, a caller reported he could hear and see a group of drunk men on Foster Street. Police responded and reported there was no gaggle of fighting men to be found.
At 8:37 a.m. Monday, Parks and Recreation reported a person was camped out on the porch on Everett Paine Boulevard and needed them moved along. Police reported the person was trying to stay out of the rain and advised him about the surrounding facilities he could use.
At 3:19 p.m. Monday, a caller reported five to six kids were trespassing on Pleasant Street. When she approached them to find out why they were there, she was told that they were making YouTube videos. Police responded and found a group in the building. The fire department responded to get into the building and secure it.
At 8:51 p.m. Monday, a caller reported teenage boys were urinating on a neighbor’s fence on Lattimer Street. Police spoke with the group.
A caller reported kids were on the roof of a building on Ocean Avenue at 9:13 p.m. Monday. Police reported parents took responsibility for their middle-school-aged kids. No kids were on the roof upon police arrival.
Vandalism
At 3:46 p.m. Monday, a caller from Broughton Road reported vandalism to her truck. The caller said someone “tore the magnets off the vehicle with a metal object and caused scratches.”
NAHANT
Disturbances
At 5:30 p.m. Monday, a caller reported that their neighbors were arguing in a garage. Officers reported that the neighbors were just watching a soccer game.
Water Incident
A caller reported that a boat had washed up on Short Beach at 6:58 a.m. Sunday. An officer reported that the boat was anchored and the owner of the boat simply was at his house and was planning on returning the boat soon.

Eduardo Dias Costa, 54, of 157 Chelsea St., Everett, was arrested on a warrant at 12:58 p.m. Monday.

At 10:40 a.m. Friday, a caller reported that a black truck had taken out a street sign on Walnut Street. Officers later reported that a mailbox had sustained damage.
On Sunday at 12:06 a.m., a caller reported that a car had crashed into the guardrail at 1575 Broadway. An individual was taken to a nearby hospital.
At 3:58 p.m. Monday, a caller reported that they had been involved in a motor vehicle crash. An individual was transported to Salem Hospital.
Animals
At 3:02 p.m. Friday, a caller reported that a sparrow was stuck in her chimney on Pleasant Street.
Disturbances
At 9:52 p.m. Saturday, officers responded to a call from Roller World reporting that they would like two men in their 20s removed from the property. One individual was trespassed from the business.
On Sunday at 4:20 p.m., multiple callers reported a road rage incident on Main Street. Peter Caruso was issued a summons for malicious destruction of property.
Theft
On Saturday at 8:13 p.m., a loss prevention employee from Macy’s reported a shoplifting. Officers responded and found that $100 to $200 worth of merchandise was taken.

An accident was reported at Alltown on Paradise Road at 6:37 p.m. Saturday. No injuries were reported.
An accident was reported at Hawthorne by the Sea at 7:43 p.m. Saturday. No injuries were reported.

Animals
A report of a loose dog at 2:43 p.m. Saturday at Humphrey Street and Priscilla Road. Animal Control was notified.
Animal Control captured a loose golden retriever on Beach Bluff Avenue at 2:12 p.m. Monday.

Assaults
A New Ocean Street resident called at 5:39 a.m. Sunday to report that he was assaulted by two people related to him who were still in his apartment.
Breaking and entering
Police received a report at 5:34 a.m. Monday of a group of people wearing black masks and a broken ATM on the ground, possibly from the second floor of the Fish House.
A report of a past breaking and entering of a vehicle on Greenwood Avenue at 1:11 p.m. Monday.
Complaints
A caller reported at 11:14 a.m. Sunday that a group of people was playing a soccer game at Upper Jackson Park without a permit.
A pedestrian on Allen Road and Humphrey Street called at 1:02 p.m. Sunday to report that he and his dogs were almost hit by an erratic driver while in a crosswalk.
A Middlesex Avenue resident reported at 8:38 p.m. Sunday that a man was in the garage on the neighboring property yelling and swearing over a bike. Police determined that two friends were working on a moped and speaking loudly over the engine, and there was no issue.
A report at 1:50 a.m. Monday of a suspicious SUV parked by a dumpster on Lincoln Circle. The occupants left the vehicle and walked down Lincoln Circle.
Police received a report of a man who appeared “out of it” who had been walking in traffic and was now in CVS at 4:13 p.m. Monday. The man was given a ride to Salem.
A Lincoln House Avenue resident called at 4:51 p.m. Monday to report that her son was outside her house and requested police assistance to make him leave.
A report of an erratic driver with no license plate near the high school at 8:29 p.m. Monday.
A caller reported at 10:16 p.m. Monday that an SUV was parked at the corner of Highland and Rockland streets and its alarm was going off.
