Accidents
A motor vehicle accident was reported at 1:11 p.m. Tuesday on Walnut Street. No injuries reported.
A hit-and-run accident at 4:41 p.m. Tuesday at Lush Cosmetics on Market Street.
An accident at 8:01 p.m. Tuesday on Walnut Street. One person was transported to the hospital.
Animals
Report of an injured animal on Walnut Road at 12:07 p.m. Monday.
Complaints
A Locksley Road resident called at 6:05 p.m. Tuesday to report that his neighbor was yelling at him and taking pictures.
A caller from Juniper Road reported at 8:02 p.m. Wednesday that a large piece of equipment parked there was damaging the road. DPW was notified.
Suspicious activity
An Edgemere Road resident called at 9:50 p.m. Tuesday to report that a light was turning on and off at a neighbor’s home. Police determined that all was in order.

Report of a theft at Our Lady of Assumption Church on Grove Street at 4:43 p.m. Monday.

Accidents
A motor vehicle crash was reported at 3:29 p.m. on Thursday at 208 Andover St.; at 10:57 a.m. on Friday at 15 Reo Rd.

A burglary was reported at 5:35 a.m. on Friday at A and L Liquors at 54-56 Foster St.
SAUGUS
Animals
At 1:35 p.m. on Thursday a caller reported that a dog was left inside of a car and was panting. Officers were able to remove the dog from the vehicle and give the animal some water.
Disturbance
At 9:30 p.m. on Thursday a caller reported a female pacing up and down Kenwood Avenue and talking to herself. The individual was later taken to a nearby hospital.
Suspicious Activity
At 2:08 p.m. on Wednesday a loss prevention employee from Target on Lynn Fells Parkway reported that $1,500 in counterfeit bills were used.
Vandalism
At 6:21 a.m. on Thursday a caller reported that someone threw a rock through their vehicle’s windshield on Williams Avenue.

Animals
Police received several calls at around 7:03 a.m. Tuesday about two swans in the road by CVS, one of which had possibly been struck by a vehicle. Animal Control was notified.
Report of a dog in a parked car outside of Petco at 3:32 p.m. Tuesday.
Report of a large swan blocking the entrance to the Whole Foods parking lot at 5:34 a.m. Wednesday. Animal Control was notified.
Report of a stray dog with a collar on a back porch on Atlantic Crossing at 8:47 p.m. Wednesday.
Breaking and entering
Report of a past breaking and entering of a vehicle at 9:36 a.m. Tuesday on Rock Avenue; at 12:06 p.m. Wednesday on Forest Avenue.

An Essex Street resident called at 10:53 a.m. Tuesday to report that his landlord was putting his property outside.
At 4:33 p.m. Tuesday, police received a report of a large group of children blocking the pier at the Swampscott Yacht Club and jumping off.
Report of used needles on the beach near the Fish House at 7:19 p.m. Tuesday.
Report of vandalism to a vehicle that may have occurred at the Fish House at 4:38 p.m. Wednesday.
At 5:40 p.m. Wednesday, police received a complaint about loud noise coming from a float at the end of the Fish House pier.
A caller reported seeing a woman arguing with a child on Humphrey Street at the Lynn line at 11:52 a.m. Thursday.
A caller reported finding a clear bag of unknown pills on the sidewalk on New Ocean Street at 5:11 p.m. Thursday.
A Hawthorne Road resident called at 6:02 p.m. Thursday and said she was being harassed.

Report of a scam on Beach Bluff Avenue at 1:07 p.m. Wednesday.
A Virginia resident called at 5:43 p.m. Thursday to report that his mother was part of a scam involving a Swampscott resident.
Report of a scam on Pine Street at 8:41 p.m. Thursday.
Suspicious activity
A Blodgett Avenue resident called at 11:48 p.m. Tuesday to report that they could see the television and lights on in their neighbor’s home when they believed nobody should be home.
A Puritan Road resident called at 3:20 a.m. Wednesday to report that someone had rung her doorbell and left two packages at the front door.
A caller at 3:10 p.m. Wednesday reported seeing a wallet on the ground outside of a vehicle on Humphrey Street. When the caller turned around to pick it up, another man jumped out of another vehicle and grabbed it and drove away.
Police received a report at 11:45 a.m. Thursday of a man with no shirt walking down Humphrey Street toward Lynn, yelling and screaming. Police were unable to locate the man.
A caller on Lawrence Road reported at 1:06 p.m. Thursday that the front door to a home on the street was wide open and nobody appeared to be home.
Theft
A Humphrey Street resident reported that 11:51 a.m. Thursday that a neighbor had been stealing signs from the common area of their building.
