A report of a disturbance at 1:45 a.m. Wednesday at 5 Locust St. A caller reported a man appeared to be in considerable distress and was yelling loudly in front of the Lynnfield Glass location. Police searched the area, but were unable to locate the man.
A report of juvenile offenses at 1:04 a.m. Friday at 15 Moran Road. A caller reported a group of kids was taking his trash and burning it in the cul de sac. Police were unable to locate the group, but did report finding logs and twigs in the roadway that they were attempting to light.

An Amazon package containing birdseed was reported stolen at 3:36 p.m. Thursday on Jersey Street.
A report of a larceny/forgery/fraud at 10:27 p.m. Thursday on Pleasant Street. A man walked into the station to report that he had bought a sandwich Wednesday night, but was overcharged. The man thought the store that sold him the sandwich was involved in some sort of conspiracy, which involved the employees harassing him. Police said the sandwich wrapper had a price of $5.69, but the store had charged the man $5.79. The man also stated that he was hit by someone throwing rocks at the beach and that police should be able to find out who did it from looking at the satellites.

Shakoor Harvey, 35, of 5213 Crane Brook Way, was arrested and charged with assault and battery, nighttime building breaking and entering for a felony and malicious destruction of property at 2:14 a.m. Thursday.
Omar Ramon Reyes, 25, of 239 Curwin Circle, Lynn, was arrested and charged with negligent operation of a motor vehicle, disorderly conduct, disturbing the peace, unregistered motor vehicle, uninsured motor vehicle and unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle at 8:09 p.m. Thursday.

Gunshots
A report of gunshots at 11:02 p.m. Thursday at 47 Veterans Memorial Drive. A shooting was reported. Police found an Audi stopped at Washington Street and Allens Lane with a victim inside and at least one bullet hole into the car. Police reported there were at least two gunshot victims and one vehicle that was shot. One victim was found outside 47 Veterans Memorial and another was found with a gunshot wound to the hand outside 53 Veterans Memorial. The suspect fled in a silver, four-door Chevy Malibu, which possibly had four occupants. One of the victims was taken to Massachusetts General Hospital and the other was taken to Salem Hospital.

At 1:37 p.m. Thursday, police were dispatched to check the Bowditch Street area for a man who was wearing a T-shirt, pajama pants and a bandage. The man was reportedly walking up and down the street, but was not known to the area. Police reported the man was gone upon arrival.
A report of a neighborhood dispute at 4:11 p.m. Thursday at 346 Lowell St. A caller reported his neighbor was cutting down trees and the debris was getting on his property. The neighbor said the mess would be cleaned up within 24 hours.
Theft
A report of a larceny at 2:26 p.m. Thursday at 147 Summit St.; at 2:39 p.m. Thursday at 302 Brooksby Village Drive.
A larceny was reported at 5:12 p.m. Thursday at Flagship Motorcars Commercial Vans at 202 Newbury St. A temporary warrant was issued for Michael A. Peluso, 45, homeless, charging him with six counts of nighttime boat breaking and entering for a felony and larceny over $1,200.
Vandalism
A report of vandalism at 8:42 p.m. Thursday at 55 Fairview Ave. A caller reported she had video of juveniles breaking into items at the playground.
SAUGUS
Accidents
An officer reported that her vehicle had been struck at 3:04 p.m. Thursday at Winter and Central streets and that the other vehicle fled the scene. The officer’s vehicle only had minor damage.
Animal Rescue
At 2:46 p.m. Thursday, a caller reported that a group of ducklings had fallen into a sewer grate on Ballard Street. The ducklings were retrieved and reunited with their mother.
Theft
At 10:21 a.m. Thursday, a caller reported a past shoplifting at the Square One Mall Best Buy.
A caller reported a shoplifting at 5:06 p.m. Thursday at Party City, 1160 Broadway. The suspect left with $50-$100 worth of merchandise. The store is not taking further action.
Vandalism
At 12:24 a.m. Friday, officers responded to a caller who reported that her home on Tuttle Street had been vandalized.

At 10:14 a.m. Tuesday, an accident was reported on Humphrey Street by Gibbs gas station.
At 9:54 a.m. Wednesday, an accident involving a town DPW vehicle was reported in the parking lot of Starbucks on Paradise Road.
At 12:56 p.m. Wednesday, a minor accident was reported in the parking lot of Marshalls.
At 1:22 p.m. Wednesday, a hit-and-run crash was reported in the parking lot of Whole Foods.
At 2:03 p.m. Wednesday, an accident was reported on Humphrey Street. One person hurt their shoulder.
