Sean Clossey, of 1 Elsworth Road, Peabody, was arrested on a warrant and charged with daytime breaking and entering for a felony and larceny over $1,200 at 7:48 a.m. Tuesday.
Vanessa Forte, of 384 Chatham St., was arrested on a warrant and charged with two counts of Class A drug possession, two counts of Class E drug possession, larceny under $250 by false pretense, arrestee furnishing false ID information, and failure to appear upon recognizance at 12:27 p.m. Tuesday.

Complaints
A report of an erratic operator at 6:02 p.m. Monday at Clifton and Atlantic avenues. A caller reported a driver was going very slowly, waving people around him, and then beeping and flipping them off. The caller said the man’s driving was very unsafe and did not want to pass him. Police were unable to locate the man.
A lost fishing pole was reported at 10:54 p.m. Monday on Lighthouse Lane. A caller reported losing a custom-made fishing pole at the lighthouse on Sunday and was hoping that someone had turned it in.
Vandalism
A report of vandalism at 7:31 a.m. Monday on Ocean Avenue. A caller reported one of her car’s tires was slashed.
Vandalism was reported at 10:04 a.m. Monday on West Shore Drive
At 11:22 a.m. Monday, a Bassett Street caller reported his tire was slashed overnight. He said he had a video of the suspect, saying that “it was his third time out in Marblehead for this issue.”

Brian M. French, 36, of 500 Northshore Road, Apt. 2A, was arrested on two warrants, one charging him as fugitive from justice, at 11:07 p.m. Monday.
Jael Ernesto Medina, 24, of 39 Walnut St., Apt. C, was arrested on a warrant at 11:18 p.m. Monday.

A report of a motor vehicle crash at 10:51 a.m. Monday at Namco Pool & Patio at 216 Newbury St.
A report of a hit-and-run motor vehicle crash at 8:57 p.m. Monday at 200 Lynn St. A caller reported a vehicle hit her dog and left the area. The owner brought the dog to Woburn Animal Hospital.
Complaints
A report of a neighborhood dispute at 10:54 a.m. Monday at Tannery Two at 12 Crowninshield St. A caller reported she was being harassed by her neighbor. She said a can of V8 juice had been left at her door. An officer disposed of the trash and reported that the claim was unfounded.
A well-being check was requested at 10:29 a.m. Tuesday at the Peabody Water Treatment Substation on Coolidge Road based on a report of two birds in the water with BB gun bullets in their backs. The caller was uncertain if they were logs or birds. An officer checked the area and could not locate the described birds.
Theft
A report of a larceny at 2:16 p.m. Monday at Su Chang’s at 373 Lowell St. A caller reported he bought a knock-off watch from a man in his 30s. Police documented the $1,000 theft and attempted to find the suspect.
Vandalism
A report of vandalism at 11:55 a.m. Monday at Gaeta’s Shell & Citgo at 14 Newbury St. An employee reported a vehicle drove off with the gas nozzle still in the vehicle. The caller said she thought it was an accident. Police reported the hose and nozzle were valued at approximately $400.
