Lawrence Cook, 57, of 45 Jackson St. was arrested on Thursday for operating a motor vehicle without a license, not having a license in possession and failing to wear a seatbelt.
Bernardino Folestal-Ogando, of 26 Newhall St., was arrested on Thursday for open and gross lewdness and breaking and entering at night.
Robert McMaster, of 18 Bayns Hill Rd, Boxford, was arrested on Thursday on multiple warrants including assault and battery of a police officer, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.
Brandon Rodriguez Del Carpio, 19, of 409 Chestnut St. was arrested on Thursday on multiple charges including trafficking more than 200 grams of Class A drugs, more than 36 grams of Class B drugs and having firearms in his vehicle.
Ann Yarnell, of 33 Buchanan Cir. was arrested on Thursday for warrants including destruction of more than $1,200 of property, assault and battery of a pregnant woman, violating a harassment prevention order, and violating parole.

At 3:13 p.m. Wednesday, an accident on Ocean Avenue.
At 4:22 p.m. Wednesday, police received a report that a black pickup truck had struck another car on Charlotte Road and left the scene toward Swampscott.
Animals
An Atlantic Avenue resident called at 8:32 a.m. Wednesday to report that there was a dead animal in her backyard.
At 9:11 p.m. Wednesday, a West Shore Drive resident reported that a woman he didn’t know came to his home to request help with a dead duck in the street. He gave her a shovel but was uncomfortable going into the middle of the street to help. His wife said that she had seen the same woman hours before parked across the street, which they felt was suspicious.
Complaints
Police received a report at 10:57 a.m. Wednesday from Salem police of a possible drunk driver coming toward Marblehead on Lafayette Street. Salem police reported that there was a smell of marijuana coming from the car and it was driving very slowly.
Report at 11:51 a.m. Wednesday of a car blocking a driveway on Washington Square. Police were unable to contact the owner and towed the car.
Theft
Police received a report at 12:18 p.m. Wednesday from a resident who said someone else had filed for $8,100 in unemployment benefits in his name, which he would be taxed on next year.
Well-being check
A caller on Atlantic Street reported at 5:19 p.m. Wednesday that a drunk woman came up to him while he was boxing and asked him to give her lessons. He told her that he couldn’t do so while she was intoxicated, and she said that she had come from another location where her husband was. He walked her back to that establishment, where employees said her husband was not there and she had been thrown out earlier in the day.

Accidents
Police received a report at 12:14 p.m. Wednesday of a motor vehicle accident on Lowell Street and Endicott Street.
Police received a report at 4:40 p.m. Wednesday of a two-car motor vehicle accident with no injuries in the area of Rizzo’s Roast Beef on Lynn Street.
Police received a report at 7:49 p.m. Wednesday from a woman who reported her husband was struck by a vehicle while operating his bicycle on Main Street earlier in the day. The incident was documented.
Police received a report at 9:24 p.m. Wednesday of a motor vehicle accident with minor injuries from broken glass on Andover Street. The operator was issued a citation for speed and impaired operation – cell phone usage.

Police received a report of a large black lab running loose on Lynnfield Street. Police attempted to notify the dog’s owners but received no answer.

Police received a report at 10:35 p.m. Wednesday of an intoxicated person on Mount Vernon Street.
Police received a report of loud party music at 12:09 a.m. Thursday on Butternut Ave. Dispatched officers reported parties were sent on their way.
Police received a report of a dog barking for a long period of time at 9:22 a.m. Thursday on Patricia Road.
Robbery
A caller reported a robbery at 4:05 a.m. Thursday on Newbury Street. The caller stated they saw a tall Black male wearing a gray hoodie and gray sweatpants. Officers were dispatched for more information.
SAUGUS
Accidents
Police received a report at 2:42 p.m. Wednesday of a motor vehicle accident with property damage only on Walnut Street. The vehicle was towed.
A caller at 5:37 p.m. Wednesday reported witnessing property damage to a fence on Walnut Street.
Police received a report at 5:44 a.m. Thursday about a motor vehicle accident with property damage only on the Salem Turnpike.
Break and Enter
A woman walked into the station at 12:36 p.m. Wednesday to report her car on Rockwood Drive was broken into sometime overnight. She stated there was no damage to her vehicle, but her belongings were strewn inside the car and several of her belongings were missing.
Complaints
Police received a call at 9:51 a.m. Wednesday about a landlord-tenant dispute on Ballard Street. A dispatched officer reported peace was restored.
A 911 caller at Chestnut Woods rehabilitation home on Chestnut Street reported at 7:35 p.m. Wednesday that a verbally-abusive elderly male was refusing to cooperate with staff. The caller was worried for the safety of the staff. An ambulance was dispatched and one party was transported to MelroseWakefield hospital for evaluation.
