A caller reported a group of youths was climbing trees and throwing bikes into the street at 8:07 p.m. Saturday.
A caller reported two kids were destroying a bike in the high school parking lot on Pillings Pond Road at 4:02 p.m. Sunday. Police located the bike near the exit of the school, but were unable to find the youths.

A report of a strange man at the door at 6:10 p.m. Saturday on Jersey Street. A teenager who was home alone reported a man he didn’t know was banging on the door and had flowers in his hands. The caller said the man left the flowers. Police reported it may have been a delivery.
Fire
A caller reported a room in his house was on fire at 5:02 a.m. Sunday on Nanepashemet Street. Police reported the basement fire was extinguished.
Vandalism
A report of vandalism at 10 p.m. Friday on Nahant Street. A caller reported someone had smashed the window of his car, saying there was glass all over the place. He didn’t know if anything was taken. An officer reported he had noticed a landscaping crew cutting along Kimball Road and Nahant Street, and thought they may have kicked up a rock that smashed the window.
Vandalism was reported at 12:07 p.m. Saturday on Green Street. A caller reported she found a glass door was shattered when she was leaving her house. She thought it was vandalized by a former tenant.

A report of a hit-and-run motor vehicle crash at 9:35 p.m. Friday at Manziel, Inc. at 96 Foster St. An officer spoke with the owner of the suspect vehicle, who reported she had run home to grab a pen and was returning to the scene to leave a note. Police confirmed a note was left.
A hit-and-run motor vehicle crash was reported at 6:08 p.m. Saturday at Stop & Shop at 19 Howley St.
Adolfo Mendez, 34, of 20 N Franklin St., Lynn, was issued a summons after a minor motor vehicle crash at Gaeta’s Shell & Citgo, 14 Newbury St., at 6:16 p.m. Saturday.
A car into a building was reported at 6:44 p.m. Saturday at The Container Store at 210C Andover St. The store was closed after the crash, but the building inspector deemed there was no structural damage.
A car into a pole was reported at 12:33 a.m. Monday at the Cabaret Lounge at 96 Newbury St.
A report of a hit-and-run motor vehicle crash at 8:34 a.m. Monday at 36 Paleologos St. A caller reported she saw a vehicle strike her neighbor’s car. She confronted the woman, who said she did not care and drove away. Jacquelin Hernandez-Degenao, of 11 Harrison Ave., Salem, was issued a summons for leaving the scene of a motor vehicle crash with property damage.
Assaults
A report of an assault at 6:49 p.m. Friday at 9 Roycroft Road. A caller reported her 8-year-old neighbor threw a piece of wood at her on Thursday. She said there have been past incidents with the same neighbor.

A report of a motor vehicle breaking and entering at 8:38 a.m. Saturday at 24 Tracey St. A caller reported his car was broken into overnight.
Complaints
A report of a neighborhood dispute at 7:02 p.m. Friday at Mobile Estates at 286 Newbury St. A caller reported his neighbor was banging on his door and challenging him to a fight. Vincent Serrentino, 59, of 286 Newbury St., Apt. 161, was summoned for threatening to commit a crime and assault.
A report of suspicious activity at 11:51 p.m. Friday at 38 Keys Drive. A caller reported two males, in their teens or 20s, were using flashlights to look into vehicles in the back of the complex. An officer reported a group of kids was playing manhunt.
A report of a disturbance at 9:22 a.m. Saturday at 96 Washington St. and 2 Clement Ave. A caller reported he saw a man throwing rocks at his girlfriend’s car. An officer reported the person was frustrated over car troubles.

At 12:37 p.m. Sunday, an accident on Lincoln House Avenue. One person was unconscious in a vehicle.
Animals
A report of an escaped dog on Greenwood Avenue at 7:14 a.m. Friday.
A resident of Millett Road called at 2:34 p.m. Friday to report that an unknown animal was under her house.
A caller from Foster Road reported finding a lost dog at 4:31 p.m. Friday. Animal Control was notified and was able to contact the owner.
A Galloupes Point Road resident called at 3:24 p.m. Saturday to report that his dog had escaped. He later called back to report that the dog was found next door.
Multiple reports at 3:30 p.m. of a loose dog on Essex Street. Animal control was notified and the dog’s owner was located.
A Jessie Street resident reported an injured rabbit in her yard at 12 p.m. Sunday. Animal Control was notified.
Complaints
A report at 6:35 a.m. Friday of a construction crew at Eisman’s Beach starting work too early in the morning. The caller stated that this was an ongoing problem.
A report at 6:44 a.m. Friday of a man near Vinnin Liquors on Paradise Road kicking something on someone’s property and gesturing at another person.
An employee at Walgreens on Paradise Road requested to speak with an officer at 2:27 p.m. Friday regarding a suspicious person who had been in and out of the store.
An Ocean Avenue resident called the station at 4:54 p.m. Friday to report that a construction crew was sanding the house next door, causing a large amount of dust to come toward his house, and he was concerned that it may contain lead. Police determined that the crew was following health codes.
At 11:48 p.m. Friday, a Currier Court caller reported hearing their neighbor and a younger man arguing.
A report of loud music coming from Burke’s Tumbling Academy at 8:33 a.m. Saturday. Everything was quiet when an officer arrived.
A report of a loud party in the back of a building on Burrill Street at 11:13 p.m. Saturday.
An Essex Street resident reported at 11:23 p.m. Saturday that he had been followed by another vehicle and wished to speak to police.
A Stetson Avenue resident called to report that a belligerent stranger was on his front porch causing problems at 1:17 p.m. Sunday.

Hazardous conditions
At 4:15 p.m. Friday, a driver called to report that they had blown a tire due to a large pothole on Essex Street near the Lynn line.
A report of a number of hypodermic needles on the ground in the parking lot of the train station on Railroad Avenue at 9:15 a.m. Sunday.
Scams
At 1:44 p.m. Friday, a Greenwood Avenue resident reported a scam regarding a supposed federal warrant. The caller had not given out any personal information or suffered any loss.
