New coronavirus cases were reported Friday in Lynn, Lynnfield, Peabody, Revere and Salem.
An additional death was reported in Peabody, which brings the city’s death toll to 318.
Thirteen new cases have been reported in Peabody since Wednesday. The city has 7,192 cases and 6,589 people have recovered from the virus, according to the health department.
In Lynn, 17 new cases were reported to bring the city’s caseload to 17,497. Of that total, 196 cases are active, 216 people have died, and 17,085 have recovered, city data shows.
An additional case was reported in Lynnfield (1,200 cases, 29 deaths), 10 new cases have been reported in Marblehead (1,328 cases, 31 deaths) over the past seven days, five new cases were reported in Revere (10,816 cases, 163 deaths), and seven new cases were reported in Salem (4,696 cases, 81 deaths).
No change was reported in Nahant (252 cases, nine deaths) and numbers were not updated in Saugus or Swampscott. As of Monday, Swampscott had 1,151 cases and 19 deaths, and new numbers have not been provided in Saugus (4,129 cases, 71 deaths) since April 29.
