A report of suspicious activity at 9:28 p.m. Tuesday on Washington Street. A caller reported an unknown man who may have been intoxicated went inside the building and wouldn’t leave. He reportedly attempted to get into the neighbor’s apartment. A second caller from Washington Street said she saw a strange man walking down the middle of the street a few hours earlier, and thought it may have been the same man who was in her backyard a few weeks ago.
