Complaints
A report of a disturbance at 1:33 p.m. Monday at American Eagle Outfitters at 740 Market St. A caller reported three customers threw merchandise around the store.
Vandalism
A report of malicious destruction of property at 3:14 p.m. Monday at Cervizzi Karate School at 5 PO Square. A caller reported a youth threw a rock and broke a window. Police reported the kid’s parent arrived and that the window would be repaired.
MARBLEHEAD
Complaints
A School Street caller reported kids were shining laser lights into the upstairs window at 8:28 p.m. Wednesday. Police spoke with the group, who reported that they thought the person upstairs liked the exchange of the lights going back and forth between one another. The group was moved along.
A report of suspicious activity at 1:14 a.m. Thursday on Washington Street. A caller reported a man was standing outside of her kitchen window and possibly urinating. The caller first reported hearing someone breathing deeply outside of her bedroom window. After turning the light off, she said she heard someone walk away, but saw him outside a window moments later after going to her kitchen. Police checked the area, but could not locate anyone.

Complaints
A report of a disturbance at 12:30 a.m. Friday on Birch Street; at 5 a.m. Friday on Rice Street.
A report of suspicious activity at 2:07 a.m. Friday on Holland Street; at 3:28 a.m. Friday on Serino Way.
Theft
A man called the station at 6:37 p.m. Thursday to report a lawn mower was stolen from a home on David Drive overnight. An officer was dispatched for more information and determined the lawn mower was not stolen. There was just a delay in delivery.
A caller reported someone stole his wallet and was using his cards at 1:21 a.m. Friday. An officer was dispatched to Williams Avenue for more information.
Vandalism
Employees at the Red Roof Inn on Broadway called the station at 10:43 p.m. Thursday to report an occupant had allowed water to run out of their room and under the door, causing damage. Officers were dispatched.
