Lynn, Peabody and Revere continued to report new coronavirus cases on Friday, while new cases were also seen in Lynnfield, Marblehead and Salem.
In Lynn, 23 new cases were reported to bring the city’s caseload to 17,249. Of that total, 297 cases are active, 212 people have died, and 16,740 have recovered from the virus, according to city data.
Peabody has reported 31 new cases and an additional death since Wednesday to bring the city’s total numbers to 7,080 cases and 317 deaths, the health department said.
Thirteen new cases were reported in Revere, which now has 10,667 cases and 161 deaths, according to the city website.
In Marblehead, 11 new cases have been reported over the past seven days. The town now has 1,306 cases and 31 people have died, according to town data.
Nine new cases were reported in Salem (4,596 cases, 80 deaths) and an additional case apiece was reported in Lynnfield (1,183 cases, 29 deaths) and Nahant (248 cases, eight deaths).
Saugus had 4,089 cases and 71 deaths as of Thursday, and Swampscott had 1,126 cases and 19 deaths as of Tuesday.
