New coronavirus cases were reported Thursday in Lynn, Revere, Salem and Saugus.
An additional case apiece was also reported in Lynnfield and Nahant to bring their respective totals to 1,182 cases and 29 deaths, and 247 cases and eight deaths.
In Lynn, 31 new cases were reported to bring the city’s caseload to 17,226. Of that total, 293 cases are active, 212 people have died, and 16,721 have recovered from the virus, according to city data.
Eighteen new cases were reported in Revere, which now has 10,654 cases and 161 deaths, the city website said.
In Saugus (4,089 cases, 71 deaths), 73 new cases have been reported since April 13, and 12 new cases were reported in Salem to bring the city’s total numbers to 4,587 cases and 80 deaths.
Numbers were not updated in Marblehead, Peabody, or Swampscott. Peabody had 7,049 cases and 316 deaths as of Wednesday, Swampscott had 1,126 cases and 19 deaths as of Tuesday, and numbers have not been updated in Marblehead (1,295 cases, 31 deaths) since last Friday.
