Brian Lepore, 51, of 12 Forenza Road, Peabody, was arrested and charged with trespassing, Class A drug possession, and Class B drug possession at 10:19 p.m. Thursday.
Michael McDonald, 28, of 96 Hamilton St., was arrested and charged with armed assault to murder, armed robbery, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, assault and battery with serious bodily injury, and on warrants for two counts of assault and battery on a police officer, two counts of resisting arrest, and Class B drug possession at 6:41 p.m. Thursday.

Complaints
A well-being check was performed after a caller reported a teenage boy was running in and out of traffic on S Broadway at 3:22 p.m. Tuesday. Police checked the area, but were unable to locate the teenager.
A report of a suspicious person at 5:30 p.m. Wednesday at Whole Foods Market at 100 Market St. A caller reported a driver may have had a gun on him. Police reported the vehicle was gone upon their arrival.

Arrest
Miranda J. Arvilla-Rice, 23, of Ipswich, was arrested and charged with OUI-liquor and negligent operation of a motor vehicle at 1:22 a.m. Friday.

A report of a motor vehicle crash at 12:09 p.m. Wednesday on Humphrey Street.
A motor vehicle crash was reported at 1:22 a.m. Friday at Lafayette and Maple streets. A 23-year-old woman was arrested (see arrests).
Complaints
A caller reported a man was taking rocks from the beach and said “that can’t be legal” at 6:03 p.m. Wednesday at Harbor Avenue and Flint Street. Police were unable to locate the man.
A caller reported there was maskless grocery shopping in Marblehead at 10:29 a.m. Thursday on Rowland Street. Police referred the caller to the Board of Health.
Theft
A report of a larceny/forgery/fraud at 8:41 a.m. Wednesday on Pequot Road. A caller reported she was scammed out of a vacation she paid for.

Tina Marie Whitten, 38, of 12 Harrison Ave., Apt. 2, Salem, was arrested and charged with operation of a motor vehicle with a suspended license and using an electronic device while operating a motor vehicle at 5:56 p.m. Thursday.

A report of a disturbance at 6:05 p.m. Thursday at Mobile Estates at 286 Newbury St. A caller reported a white man in a hooded sweatshirt was waving a large knife and making threats toward people in the area. The caller said people were yelling the name “Joe.” Police checked the area and reported the suspect was gone upon arrival.

A report of a stove fire at 6:25 p.m. Thursday at 26 Chestnut St. Police reported the stove was carried outside and the fire was extinguished.
Theft
A report of a larceny at 9:41 p.m. Thursday at 11 Magnolia Way. A caller reported she thought items in her apartment that could lead to fraud were stolen.
SAUGUS
Accidents
A report of a motor vehicle crash at 9:44 p.m. Thursday in the area of Border Cafe on Broadway; at 7:28 a.m. Friday in the area of Sunoco Gas Station on Broadway.
Complaints
A girl called the station at 4:22 p.m. Thursday to report she was struck with a stick by several other youths she was with at the playground of the Veterans Memorial School on Hurd Avenue. Officers were dispatched for more information.
A male caller reported he was being followed at 7:08 p.m. Thursday. Officers were dispatched to the Red Roof Inn on Broadway and spoke with the calling party at length.The calling party claimed he needed no services.
