New coronavirus cases were reported Wednesday in Lynn, Lynnfield, Peabody and Revere.
Numbers remained the same in several other North Shore communities.
In Lynn, 26 new cases were reported to bring the city’s caseload to 17,000. Of that total, 380 cases are active, 212 people have died, and 16,408 have recovered from the virus, according to city data.
Revere reported 48 new cases to bring the city’s total numbers to 10,507 cases and 161 deaths, according to the city website.
In Peabody, 38 new cases have been reported since Monday. The city now has 6,939 cases, 314 people have died, and 6,193 have recovered, the health department reported.
Lynnfield (1,166 cases, 29 deaths) reported five new cases, Nahant (246 cases, eight deaths) reported no change in its figures, and numbers were not updated in Marblehead, Salem, Saugus or Swampscott.
As of Tuesday, Salem had 4,500 cases and 80 deaths and Saugus had 4,016 cases and 71 deaths. Marblehead had 1,268 cases and 31 deaths as of last Friday, and Swampscott (1,097 cases, 19 deaths) has not updated its numbers since last Thursday.
