Arrests

Darin Carney, 26, of 8 Farnham St., Boston, was arrested and charged with two counts of nighttime breaking and entering for a felony, two counts of larceny over $1,200, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, attempt to commit a crime, and malicious damage to a motor vehicle at 6:03 a.m. Tuesday. 

Alexander Castillo, 32, of 47 Rogers Ave., was arrested and charged with trafficking 18-plus grams of cocaine, Class D drug possession with intent to distribute subsequent offense, Class B drug distribution subsequent offense, and drug possession with intent to distribute at 1:33 p.m. Tuesday. 

Juan Huezo Rosa, 38, was arrested and charged with drinking in public, OUI liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, leaving the scene of property damage, motor vehicle use without authority, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, and miscellaneous municipal ordinance violation at 12:37 p.m. Tuesday. 

Holly Klopotoski, 51, of 9 Roseville Square, was arrested on a warrant at 4:07 p.m. Tuesday. 

Jeremias Perez, 24, of 114 Robinson St., was arrested and charged with OUI liquor, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, and marked lanes violation at 10:28 p.m. Monday. 

Moise Rodriguez, 29, was arrested and charged with two counts of drug possession with intent to distribute at 6:36 a.m. Tuesday. 

Willis Taveras, 30, of 664 Western Ave., was arrested and charged with trespassing and Class A drug possession at 12:29 p.m. Tuesday.

A caller from Waldron Court reported fraudulent activity on her account at 8:41 a.m. Monday.

Thomas Carromero, 53, of 45 Spring Road, Apt. 1, was arrested on a warrant at 3:27 p.m. Monday. 

Complaints

Police received a complaint of an erratic vehicle at 4:33 a.m. Monday on the Lynnway.

Police received a complaint of an erratic vehicle at 7:08 p.m. Monday on Castle Road.

Police received a parking complaint at 8:16 p.m. Monday at Knights of Columbus.

PEABODY

Arrests 

Ivelice A. Ruiz, 49, of 14 Collins St., Apt. 13, was arrested and charged with trespassing and disturbing the peace at 4:20 p.m. Monday.

Accidents

A report of a motor vehicle hit and run crash at 3:13 p.m. Monday at Dunkin’ Donuts at 3 Central St. 

Vandalism 

A report of vandalism at 7:25 p.m. Monday at 6 Shaws Lane. A caller reported her tires were slashed.
