Raelyn Barrett, 35, of 100 Willow St., was arrested at 11:33 a.m. Tuesday and charged with larceny from a building.
John Bastian, 63, of 48 Friend St., was arrested at 12:45 p.m. Tuesday and charged with larceny over $1,200.
Jonathan Bik, 40, was arrested at 11:24 a.m. Tuesday and charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, larceny of a motor vehicle, and larceny under $1,200.
Isaiah Christiansen was arrested at 2:47 p.m. Tuesday and charged with malicious wanton property defacement and miscellaneous municipal ordinance violation.
Clarence Goodlow Jr., 39, of 869 Chicago Ave., Chicago, Ill., was arrested at 6:43 p.m. Tuesday and charged with assault and battery on a police officer, resisting arrest, failure to stop for police, interfering with a police officer, failure to stop/yield, and marked lanes violation.
Jairo Perez, 29, of 66 Bassett St., was arrested at 5:31 p.m. Tuesday and charged with two counts of Class A drug distribution and trafficking more than 10 grams of fentanyl.
Richard Stringer, 39, of 275 Jefferson Ave., Salem, was arrested at 6:48 p.m. Tuesday and charged with assault with a dangerous weapon, resisting arrest, and interfering with a police officer.

A report of a motor vehicle crash on Smith Street at 11:51 a.m. Tuesday. A caller reported that a work truck sideswiped his vehicle. One car was towed.
A report of a motor vehicle crash on Atlantic Avenue at 4:08 p.m. Tuesday, in which a car collided with a motorcycle resulting in minor injuries.
Fraud
A Pleasant Street caller reported an incident of fraud out of New York, which left him out $500 at 5:57 p.m. Tuesday.
A Greystone Road caller reported an incident of attempted credit card fraud at 6 p.m. Tuesday.
NAHANT
Animal Complaints
Police received a call about an unleashed dog running around in the area of 299 Nahant Road with no owner in sight at 7:16 a.m. Tuesday. Dispatched officers reported the dog escaped a fenced-in area and came back once called in.
A caller reported a coyote possibly going after chickens on Valley Road at 7:22 a.m. Tuesday.
Complaints
Police received a call at 12:58 p.m. Monday from a woman who reported she was followed home by an unknown woman in a white van.
A caller reported a maroon sedan with no license plate and a tail light out heading toward Nahant Road at 8:51 p.m. Monday. Units were notified.
A caller reported a vehicle parked on the grassy area of Bailey’s Hill at 10:35 p.m. Monday. An officer moved the car along.

A report of a motor vehicle crash at 8:10 p.m. Tuesday at 85 Andover St. and 6 Esquire Drive.
Complaints
A report of suspicious activity at 8:03 a.m. Wednesday at 25 Ethel Ave. A caller thought someone came into her house in the middle of the night.

Complaints
A caller reported at 1:06 p.m. Tuesday that he was receiving threatening text messages. An officer was dispatched to the man’s location on Warden Street and reported that the messages appeared to be of a spam nature.
Lost Property
A man walked into the station at 11:12 a.m. Tuesday to report that on April 2, he used the ATM at the 7-Eleven on Hamilton Street and forgot to take the money out of the machine before he left.
