Juan Cabrera, 67, of 71 Harwood St., was arrested and charged with trafficking more than 10 grams of fentanyl, drug possession with intent to distribute, uninsured motor vehicle/trailer, unregistered motor vehicle, speeding and operation of a motor vehicle with a suspended registration at 3:38 p.m. Friday.
Christopher Morrissey, 32, of 5 Wolcott Road, was arrested and charged with Class A drug possession and trespassing at 4:12 p.m. Friday.
Lawrence Walker, 49, of 56 Burrill Ave., was arrested on warrant charges of unregistered motor vehicle, operation of a motor vehicle with a suspended license, uninsured motor vehicle/trailer, number plate violation to conceal ID, and Class B drug possession subsequent offense at 8:18 a.m. Friday.

Arrests
Mokhtar Belkhedim, 52, of 89 Plainfield Ave., Apt. 89, Malden, was arrested and charged with OUI liquor at 11:26 p.m. Thursday.
Raymond A. Garland, 50, of 94 Clay St., Apt. 3, Cambridge, was arrested and charged with attempted larceny at 6:21 p.m. Thursday.
Accidents
A report of a motor vehicle hit and run crash at 4:01 p.m. Thursday at Macy’s at 210M Andover St. Felipe Jose Lopez Mendez, 22, of 30 Nelson St., Apt. 3, Lynn, was summoned for failure to use care in starting, stopping, turning or backing up, and leaving the scene of property damage.
A report of a motor vehicle crash at 6:48 p.m. Thursday at 30 Main St.; at 12:14 a.m. Friday at 5 Caller St.; at 11:30 a.m. Friday on Centennial Drive.
Breaking and Entering
A report of a motor vehicle breaking and entering at 8 a.m. Friday at 12 Jacobs St. Police reported $150 was stolen from the car overnight.
Theft
A report of a larceny at 6:21 p.m. Thursday at White’s Emergency Service at 51 Lowell St. A caller reported an attempted theft of an air compressor from his backyard. The suspects were confronted and the air compressor was returned. Raymond A. Garland, 50, of Cambridge, was arrested (see arrests), and Janice Sarno, 47, homeless, was summoned for attempted larceny.
SWAMPSCOTT
Accidents
At 8:59 p.m. Thursday, an accident was reported at 397 Paradise Road. No injuries were reported.
Complaints
At 8:40 p.m. Thursday, police received a report of a female customer at Walgreens on Paradise Road who was refusing to leave the store.
At 9:49 p.m. Thursday, a caller from Brown Road reported that her dog had gotten loose. Animal Control was notified.
Scams
An elderly caller from Doherty Circle reported at 7:18 p.m. Thursday that she believed she had been the victim of a scam.
Theft
A caller reported at 3:28 p.m. Thursday that she believed her landlord had stolen some of her property.
Well-Being Check
The Lynn Police Department provided information at 2:56 p.m. Thursday about a homeless woman living out of her car in Swampscott. Her mother received a text message saying she was being kidnapped by her ex-boyfriend in Lynn. Police searched the area.
