A peregrine falcon takes flight from a radio antenna atop Peabody Fire Department Headquarters on Wednesday. Upon learning about a pair of falcons, one of only 42 known pairs in the state, believed to be nesting on top of Peabody City Hall, the mayor and city officials worked with Massachusetts Division of Fisheries & Wildlife to set up a shelter and nesting site on the roof of the building.
