Jonathan Fisher, 39, of 9 Winston St., Saugus, was arrested on warrant charges of two counts of nighttime breaking and entering for a felony, malicious destruction of property, larceny, receiving stolen property and attempting to commit a crime at 2:05 p.m. Tuesday.
Terrence Giambusso, 35, of 81 Glenwood St., was arrested and charged with OUI drugs, Class A drug possession, and Class B drug possession at 2:45 a.m. Wednesday.
Luis Guzman Reynoso, 31, of 8 Cherry St., Salem, was arrested and charged with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and two counts of operation of a motor vehicle with a suspended license at 10:30 p.m. Tuesday.
Matthew James, 36, of 104 Newhall St., Lynn, was arrested and charged with two counts of violation of a harassment prevention order and two counts of threat to commit a crime at 10:35 a.m. Wednesday.

Complaints
A report of a ring and run at 8:34 p.m. Tuesday on Gerald Road. A caller didn’t want to file a complaint, but wanted to make police aware of the ring and run, saying that he had the incident on video.
A report of a disturbance at 9:31 p.m. Tuesday at Stonybrook Road and Beringer Way. A caller reported a band was playing in the area. Police reported the only noise in the area was coming from coyotes howling, which sounded like people cheering.
Vandalism
A report of vandalism at 7:14 a.m. Tuesday on Wyman Road. Parks and recreation called after discovering additional graffiti on the structures behind the grandstands.

Arrest
Daniel Charles Breckenridge, 34, of 10 Aberdeen Ave., was arrested and charged with two counts of assault and battery on a police officer, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, resisting arrest, disorderly conduct subsequent offense, and disturbing the peace at 6:37 p.m. Tuesday.
Accidents
A report of a motor vehicle crash at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at 36 Clement Ave. and 2 Milk St. A vehicle reportedly crashed into a fence.

Assaults
A report of an assault by a customer at 4:41 p.m. Tuesday at TD Bank at 637 Lowell St. Reny Pascual, 24, of 114 Curwin Circle, Lynn, was summoned for assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and malicious destruction of property.
Complaints
A report of a disturbance at 7:38 p.m. Tuesday at 19 Murdock Drive. A caller complained to police about her neighbor running his snowblower.
Theft
A report of a stolen motor vehicle at 4:18 p.m. Tuesday at 10 First Ave.
Vandalism
A report of vandalism at 6:25 p.m. Tuesday at 35 Buxton Lane. A man reported a mailbox was struck by a vehicle.

Arrests
Stacey M. Colarusso, 41, was arrested and charged with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, motor vehicle operator refusing to identify self, speeding, and arrestee furnishing false ID information to law enforcement at 6:14 a.m. Wednesday.
Bianca Lee Cruz, 32, of 724 Varnum Ave., Lowell, was arrested and charged with shoplifting by asportation and on two warrants at 7:17 p.m. Tuesday.
Assaults
A woman came into the station at 9:19 p.m. Tuesday to report that while at a friend’s house on Sander Avenue earlier that evening, she was assaulted by another woman at the home. The woman was advised to go to Lynn District Court to file assault charges.
Theft
Police received a report of shoplifting at 7:17 p.m. Tuesday at Famous Footwear on Broadway.
SWAMPSCOTT
Accidents
At 7:36 a.m. Tuesday, a minor crash involving Atlantic Ambulance was reported at 330 Paradise Road.
At 1:18 p.m. Tuesday, an accident with unknown injuries was reported at 331 Paradise Road. One of the involved parties was not cooperative.
At 7:27 p.m. Tuesday, a minor crash was reported in the parking lot at 435 Paradise Road.
Threats
At 2:47 p.m., a Bay View Drive resident called to report threats involving an ex-fiancee.
