Lauren Bates, 35, of 1 Dennis St., Peabody, was arrested and charged with receiving a stolen credit card and larceny from a building at 11:04 p.m. Sunday.
Yohan Cleto Cuevas, of 172 Washington St., was arrested on warrant charges of delivering an article to a prisoner and operation of a motor vehicle with a suspended license at 6:12 a.m. Monday.
Joshua Thomas, 32, of 24 Hanover Circle, was arrested and charged with failure to appear upon recognizance and on warrant charges of daytime breaking and entering for a felony, receiving stolen property, and larceny under $250 by false pretense at 1:34 p.m. Sunday.

A suspicious vehicle was reported at 12:16 a.m. Sunday at 33 Prospect Ave. A caller reported a dark sedan was parked in front of the house with an unknown occupant. He said the man was wearing dark clothes and possibly had a flashlight. Police reported the man was from Sunshine Taxi and was picking up a fare at 33 Prospect who was not answering the door.
Fire
A possible oven fire was handled by the fire department at 8:44 a.m. Saturday at 14 Richards Road.
Theft
A report of motor vehicle theft at 8:06 a.m. Sunday on Market Street. Joseph Bacci, 56, of 21 Maple Ave., Medford, was summoned for motor vehicle use without authority.
A report of a larceny at 1:39 p.m. Sunday at Whole Foods Market at 100 Market St. A caller reported her wallet had been stolen at Whole Foods earlier that day.

Complaints
A Middle Street resident called police to ask what time it was at 8:06 a.m. Saturday. The person called back at 8:29 a.m. to ask for the time again, saying that his clocks only said it was six minutes later than the last time he had called.
A caller reported their neighbor keeps putting trash cans and sex toys in her window in plain view of the caller’s child at 1:37 p.m. Sunday on Washington Street.
A caller reported a large group of kids were on the property at 6:09 p.m. Sunday on Pleasant Street. The caller said the kids were “all boys with backpacks and appeared to be about 15 years old.” She said they were running up and down the property and thought they were attempting to get into the house as well. She did not want to leave her name, saying “you can just look me up” because she did not want her name said over the police scanner. The woman called back to say the kids left after the report came over the scanner.
A report of suspicious activity at 10:55 p.m. Sunday on Sagamore Road. A caller reported a car was idling for a “considerable amount of time” outside their house. Police reported the person was getting dropped off next door.

A report of a larceny/forgery/fraud at 11:17 a.m. Saturday on Pleasant Street. A caller reported she had been scammed via her Visa card.

Breaking and Entering
A report of a breaking and entering at 7:03 p.m. Saturday at MCG Asset Management at 17 Centennial Drive. A possible past break-in was reported. The fire chief planned to report the building to the health department for possible mold.
A report of a motor vehicle breaking and entering at 2:04 a.m. Monday at 252 Newbury St. A possible break-in to a truck was reported. Police reported the truck was not broken into.
Complaints
A report of suspicious activity at 11:54 a.m. Sunday at Cedar Pond on Fifth Street. A caller was concerned about people in a canoe on the water. An officer checked the area and was unable to locate anyone.
Suspicious activity was reported at 6:07 p.m. Sunday at Crystal Lake on Lowell Street. A caller reported there were teenagers rolling store carts into the lake. Police reported attempting to find the two juveniles from a Snapchat story about the incident.
A report of gunshots at 7:56 p.m. Sunday at 28 Jennings Circle. A caller reported she thought she heard gunshots and saw a flash. Police could not locate any sign of gunshots in the area, but noted there were some type of power or construction tools being used nearby.
Theft
A report of a larceny at 6:41 p.m. Saturday at Zumiez at 210Z Andover St. A past theft from the store was reported. Police said four Hispanic women, approximately 30 years of age, walked off with packages valued at $50.
A larceny was reported at 5:18 p.m. Sunday at Northshore Mall at 210N Andover St. A caller reported she let a woman who went by “Peaches” use her phone and Peaches used it to access the woman’s bank account and steal money from her.
Vandalism
A report of vandalism at 7:16 p.m. Friday at Champions Pub at 114 Foster St. A caller reported he returned from dinner to find his rear windshield smashed. An officer reported the window was broken, but there were no signs of malicious activity.
A caller reported her car was egged at 6:11 p.m. Sunday at 127 Russell St.

James Barry, 46, of 25 Charlton St., Everett, was arrested on a warrant at 9:53 a.m. Saturday.
Jessica Palilunas, 31, of 66 Englewood Ave., Everett, was arrested on a warrant at 12:55 p.m. Friday.
Brett Rome, 31, of 5 G St., South Boston, was arrested and charged with shoplifting at 11:26 p.m. Saturday.
Accidents
At 9:29 a.m. Friday, a caller reported that a car hit a pole on Lincoln Avenue and left the scene.
At 12:01 p.m. Friday, a report of an accident at Kohl’s on Broadway. The caller reported that one of the drivers refused to exchange information. An officer was dispatched and both drivers had left when he arrived.
At 10:02 p.m. Friday, police responded to an accident on the northbound side of the Salem Turnpike. One person was transported to Massachusetts General Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
At 10:18 a.m. Saturday, an accident at Walnut Street and Broadway.
At 7:30 p.m. Saturday, an accident with non-life-threatening injuries at Lincoln and Western avenues.
At 8:39 p.m. Sunday, a minor accident at the Main Street overpass.
Complaints
At 12:11 p.m. Friday, a caller from Butterfield Road reported two men on dirt bikes riding in the area. Officers were unable to locate the men.
At 2:46 p.m. Friday, a caller reported a disturbance from a group of kids at the 7-11 on Lincoln Avenue. The kids were removed from the store.
At 3:42 p.m. Friday, an employee at the Sunoco gas station on Broadway reported an argument with a customer. The customer had left when police arrived, and the employee was advised to call back if he returned.
At 4:07 p.m. Friday, a caller reported that his neighbor on Nocturne Way was flying his American flag upside down and may be in distress. Officers found nobody at home.
At 12:57 a.m. Saturday, a caller reported a man walking a bicycle down the middle of the road by the Hillside Mall on Broadway and requested a well-being check. The man was transported to Melrose-Wakefield Hospital.
At 10:31 a.m. Saturday, an employee at Speedway on Broadway reported a customer arguing with him over money and refusing to leave.
At 10:21 p.m. Saturday, a Western Avenue resident reported that he believed someone had broken into a basement window and was still in the home. Police found that all was in order.
At 12:17 a.m. Sunday, an employee at the Red Roof Inn on Broadway reported that a man was trying to force his way into a woman’s room, possible over a money dispute. Police were dispatched and reported that both people agreed to remain in their own rooms for the night.
At 3:52 p.m. Sunday, an employee at the Holiday In Express on Broadway reported that parties in two rooms had failed to check out and were refusing to leave.
At 5:11 p.m. Sunday, an employee at Lowe’s on Broadway reported an argument between an employee and a customer.
Fights
At 8:34 p.m. Friday, police received multiple calls about a fight in progress at Hooters on Broadway. When officers arrived, two men had left the scene and one was still there and was bleeding from a head wound. The man refused medical treatment.
Fraud
At 11:09 a.m. Saturday, a resident of Johnston Terrace came to the station to report identity fraud.
Theft
At 2:53 p.m. Saturday, a manager at Best Buy at the Square One Mall reported a man involved in a previous theft had returned to the store. Police were dispatched to identify the man and turned him over to store security to handle the issue.
At 3:11 p.m. Saturday, a manager at Macy’s at the Square One Mall reported a shoplifting in progress. Officers were dispatched and reported that the store would handle the issue.
At 8:13 p.m. Saturday, a caller reported a shoplifting in progress at Dick’s Sporting Goods. The woman involved was cooperative and left the store.
At 11:26 p.m. Saturday, an employee at the Walgreens on Broadway reported a shoplifting in progress. Police arrested Brett Rome.

Animals
At 5:37 p.m. Sunday, a resident came to the station to report that her dog was attacked by a pit bull on Minerva Street that morning. Animal Control was notified.
