MARBLEHEAD
Complaints
A Crowninshield Road caller reported that “some rando” came onto his job site at 12:07 p.m. Tuesday and appeared to be under the influence of drugs. Police reported that the man was just “acting weird,” but that he hadn’t touched or destroyed anything.
Fire
A Harbor Avenue caller reported a fire in a toaster oven at 8:49 a.m. Tuesday. By the time the fire department arrived on the scene, the blaze had been extinguished.
Fraud
A report of unemployment claim fraud at 10:09 a.m. Tuesday on Leggs Hill Road.
PEABODY
Arrests
Jonathan S. Moses, 27, of 52 Clement Ave., was arrested on a warrant at 6:27 p.m. Tuesday.
Accidents
A report of a motor vehicle crash at 5:10 p.m. Tuesday at 192 Main St. and 2 Howley St. Marcus Andres Vialpando, 29, of 90 Central St., was summoned for operating with a revoked registration and uninsured motor vehicle.
A motor vehicle crash was reported at 6:27 p.m. Tuesday at Peabody Shell at 85 Lynnfield St. A 27-year-old man was arrested on a warrant (see arrests).
A report of a motor vehicle crash at 8:52 a.m. Wednesday at Peabody Carwash at 27 Central St.; at 10:56 a.m. Wednesday at 2 Walnut St. and 3 Central St.
A car into a pole was reported at 9:22 a.m. Wednesday at 4 Canterbury Drive and 1 Esquire Drive. One person was taken to Salem Hospital with a head injury.
Complaints
A report of suspicious activity at 4:41 p.m. Tuesday at Patricia Road. A caller reported her 14-year-old daughter had been approached by an older woman (approximately in her 60s) while she was playing in the driveway. The woman had been driving a green sedan and reportedly offered her daughter “a gift,” and was pushy about her taking it after she had declined. The caller said her daughter then ran into the house. Police checked the area, but were unable to locate the vehicle.
A report of unemployment fraud at 7:34 p.m. Tuesday at 31 Lenox Road.
Theft
A report of a larceny at 5:26 p.m. Tuesday at 8 Crowninshield St. A caller reported her package was stolen from the front entrance.
SAUGUS
Accidents
Police received a walk-in report at 12:42 p.m. Tuesday of a hit and run motor vehicle crash in the vicinity of Target on the Lynn Fells Parkway.
Police received a call at 3:44 p.m. Tuesday for a motor vehicle crash with non-fatal injuries in the vicinity of 180 Main St.
Police received a report at 7:44 p.m. Tuesday of a motor vehicle crash in the vicinity of Walmart on Broadway.
Vandalism
A woman called the station at 4:13 p.m. Tuesday to report her son’s grave site on Riverbank Road was vandalized. An officer was dispatched for a report.

Hazardous conditions
Reports of downed wires at 6:24 a.m. Tuesday on Sampson Avenue; at 7:39 a.m. on Winshaw Road; at 11:49 a.m. on Pleasant Street.
Suspicious activity
At 2:11 p.m. Tuesday, police requested the DPW to check the validity of ‘No Parking’ signs placed in the area of Littles Point Lane.
